The staff was very accommodating to our large group, and the scenery was spectacular. We traveled with a vegetarian, and multiple people who were wanting other options besides seafood, and the Genesis Regal delivered! Highly recommend this experience!

Chose this tour company thru my canadian travel agent. Excellent choice. It was a private tour. Our guide, our driver my husband and I. It was a good choice considering the covid 19 epidemic. From beginning to abrupt end of our tour we had excellent knowledgeable guides and top drawer accommadations. The tours were well planned and gave us a good understanding of their homeland and what made them proud. We had time to investigate things on our own as well. Unfortunately we had to leave one week early but plan to return one day. We would not hesitate using this company again. We are in our 60's and our activities met our abilities. Felt safe and well informed with necessary changes. We were given a refund for places we were unable to go to

My partner and I were picked up at our hotel at 6pm by Dung a lovely man We then walked through the streets he was very knowledgeable giving us all the info on the culture of Hanoi and the way the local people live and eat it is very interesting Walking and talking to our stops along the way Dung also took many photos of us and with us the beautiful artwork at the old train station is so cool we enjoyed everything the local cuisine my partner loved the way they cook the egg at one of the places it was really good we enjoyed beer with the locals it’s so different the way we see things in Australia we stopped in at 5 different places all up of course fruit and desert was the last and it’s so yummy amazing food tour highly recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi

Mua Caves is magnificent with breathtaking view from the top. Totally worth the 25 minutes climb. Tour guide could have tell us more about the places we will be visiting such as the history or interesting trivia. Buffet Lunch was quite disappointing. Dishes were cold and not much food was left to eat. Bus did not send us back to the hotel but left us some distance away from hotel and we had to walk back.

We chose Mr Linh's based on our friends' recommendation. The replies from the agent were prompt, and it was easy to make changes or ask questions. Our itinerary was fairly straight forward, and you can check all the accommodations as they provide an itinerary with links to hotels and homestays. Both our guide and driver were excellent. At all times we felt safe when Mr Long was behind the wheel. Mr Son was very knowledgeable about the area, and he also picked up quickly our favourite dishes and our average hiking/trekking speed. We did a 9D/8N trip, and had to do small changes along the way (like skipping motorbike riding as it was a rainy day going from Ha Giang to Dong Van, and then staying one extra night in Dong Van waiting for the rain to stop). The changes were not an issue to Mr Son. We had a small misunderstanding, but even that was duly noted and communicated to us. We went to places where there were no other tourists, and it was really wonderful to enjoy the fresh air, amazing sceneries, colourful tribes and see people at their daily chores. Our itinerary was Hanoi-Hoang Su Phi-Ban Phung-Ha Giang-Dong Van-Cao Bang/Quang Uyen-Ban Gioc Falls-Quang Uyen-Hanoi. To see the rice fields in full colour, I would suggest going latest early October. Around mid-October a lot of the rice had already been harvested, but still plenty being harvested by the locals, mostly women. I would strongly recommend Mr Linh's for travels to Northern Vietnam.

we have booked cruise through Rubicon Tours with 2 days 1 night program. Rubicon Tours' staff are so friendly and they seem to be really knowledgeable about Halong Bay area and cruises in there also. So they recommended the cruise extremely fit in our favorite. The cruise is not only large, luxurious, beautiful design but also craftsmanship with private balcony, comfortable lounge chairs and a table... I definitely recommend this tour!

This tour was a good introduction to Hanoi. We visited some different venues with recommendation from our guide. The lunch was nice but a little strange as we had no idea what we were getting and it was obviously a tour stop over. Unfortunately although tour depiction says rickshaw tour, it was in a private vehicle and if we wanted to do the rickshaw ride we would have to pay extra 400000 dong which I was not happy with. The guide was knowledgeable and the trip to the ethnological museum was really interesting.
