Dubai is a destination that mixes modern culture with history, adventure with world-class shopping and entertainment. Catch a show at the Dubai Opera, see downtown from atop the Burj Khalifa and spend an afternoon along Dubai Creek exploring the gold, textile and spice souks. If you’re looking for thrills, you can float above the desert dunes in a hot air balloon, climb aboard a high-speed ride at IMG Worlds of Adventure or skydive over the Palm Jumeirah.

Tour is excellent, it was done at night time. very good understanding of history. I think if you like to learn about different religions and what is history is behind then you should take tour. By seeing it you will not get deep knowledge. I been to other Ismaili Centres such as one in Toronto and one in Burnaby BC.

We stayed here with our doughtier and S-I-L during our Dubai visit and we felt very safe. Lots of dining choices and activities as well. Very close to Marina and JBR and other malls. Had some nice restaurants and grocery stores. Nice lake and park areas for kids. They picked a great place to live.

We visited the Lebanese restaurant on level 4 of Pier 7 for a nice dinner overlooking the Marina with the boats travelling up and down the canal all lit up. We shared a typical lebanese meal.

There is some confusion here on what is being reviewed--my review is for the Walk at JBR and JBR beach--not any tour. The Walk is a beautiful outdoor mall along the beach, with lots of restaurants, outdoor stands and stores. Great place to walk and people watch. There are some play structures for kids and plenty of places to rent an umbrella, a water craft or a beach chair. It gets very busy in the afternoon and evening. Even more than the walk, I enjoyed JBR beach. You can access the beach from the walk. It stretches from the walk towards the landing strip of Sky Dubai, a long strip of blue water and soft white sand. While it gets busy during the day, the beach itself is very quiet in the early morning and also at night. Most of the day you will see skydivers coming to earth, one after the other. There are also two camels who apparently live on the beach with their handler and are available for a ride. To know before you go: The beach is accessible for walking and swimming to the public, but I found out that there are only two access points, the walk and another small corridor marked by a blue tarp about halfway between the walk and Ski Dubai. There is no public access further north up the beach because you would have to pass through private resorts. I tried to cut across to the street and was turned back by several security guards.

Columbus Yachts and Boats Rentals was founded in dubai 2013 Cruise from Marina to Dubai Water Canal & enjoy amazing sightseeing along the Canal Route, Sheikh Zayed Bridge and more! 4 hours yacht cruise for 1 until100 people by Luxury Yachts
Possibly only one to enjoy via boat during the hot summer months, in the cooler months of the year, a stroll along Dubai Water Canal is a great way to get some exercise and get some stunning views of the city. The canal starts by Jumeirah Beach and works it’s way up through jumeirah and business bay. It is crossed by a number of varied architecturally interesting bridges and at the Sheikh Zayed Road crossing there is a stunning waterfall on either side of the road which is illuminated purple at night and parts to allow boats to pass. A throughly pleasant escape from the city, whilst remaining close to downtown.

From the moment you first see the Burj Khalifa on the flight into Dubai, you notice just how incredibly tall it is. It literally towers over all of the other skyscrapers in Dubai. At night the Burj is lit up and its facade is used for sound and light shows. The Dubai Fountain and Dubai Mall are at its base, so the location is great.

Al Seef is a bustling destination, spread over 1.8km, and rooted in Dubai’s culture and heritage, with a charming atmosphere that resonates throughout its distinct heritage and contemporary areas.
This place is an exact replica of old Dubai. Man-made heritage centre, very instagrammable and lots of food places to explore. also you will get the view of dubai creek, a landmark not to be missed. you can take abra (boat) ride from here to actual old dubai town, enriched with old heritage and fusion of different nationalities and cultures. best time to visit Al-Seef is afternoon, stay there till sunset, grab a seat at one of the restaurants with terrace and you will love it.
