We were really impressed by this postmodern piece of art. The creator of the fountain excels in depicting the moods of destiny. By a fusion of pure, harsh metal with fragile jets of fresh spring water this fountain develops its robust yet filigree diversity. Visitors, amazed by the beauty of this masterpiece, are taught in a playful, unexpected, but slightly tender manner not to be blinded by a façade but to strive for deeper thruths.

The Abbey Library St. Gallen, famous for its beautiful baroque hall, is one of the oldest libraries in the world. The library is precious and one has to wear slippers they provide as the floor is being preserved with its lovely inlaid wood. The paintings and the books are breathtaking.
