Batangas, officially known as the Province of Batangas (Filipino: Lalawigan ng Batangas) is a province in the Philippines located in the Calabarzon region in Luzon. Its capital is the city of Batangas and is bordered by the provinces of Cavite and Laguna to the north and Quezon to the east. Across the Verde Island Passages to the south is the island of Mindoro and to the west lies the South China Sea. Poetically, Batangas is often referred to by its ancient name Kumintáng.

Taal is even an actual town, much less a heritage landmark, which is different from the Taal Lake or the Taal Volcano. The quaint and unassuming town has played a tremendous role in Filipino history over the centuries. Fortunately, a group of passionate Taalenos are working hard to preserve its priceless heritage.

The scenery is the best to do some creative shots. Sadly we were unable to go inside the place since it's locked. But after exploring the area we found out that it can offer way more than just the view! Head down south from the light house you'd find a stone stairway leading to the best places to take some creative shots! for a motorcycle traveler like me it was the best get away so far from the metro from all the hustle and bustle. If you're done exploring the area just head on down again and you'd see there an eatery and if you'd like to go for a quick swim they'll lend you one of their kubo and you'd have to pay 100 per head and that's just for the entrance since they'll let use their kubo absolutely for free!! ( the water was so clear that we can actually see our tippy toes! too bad that we didn't have any waterproof camera that time) All in all it was one if the best trips i had so far! See pics for reference!!

From Talisay, Batangas, after hiking the Yellow Crater of Taal, we went here to witness the gloomingly great infrastructures of Fantasy World. Entrance Fee is at PhP 1000 for a minimum of ten (10) pax. Additional PhP 100 per head per additional pax. There is a spacious parking area at the main entrance and another one at the majestic gate. The guard will check your receipt and will havento stamp each of you with a washable ink as you enter the gates. It was really like the disneyland of the Philippines that never opened. I pray one day that someone with lots of money to invest, work on this site to behold. Once you enter the gates, big and truly thought well structures will welcome you. Castle-like with ancient windows and stained glasses surround a square. To the north is building with comfort room cubicles on its ground floor. Opposite this is the church with the stained glass windows. To the east is the castle-like structure where treats can be bought, comfort rooms, a small stage with costumes for a fee (around PhP 300-400) before you take pictures. To the west is another structure, with a tunnel that will bring you to the side of the garden going to the 2 tree houses that's connected by a hanging bridge. At the southeastern side is a path to the garden, which has a fountain and a wide area for afternoon picnics and outdoor dinners if only it has tables and chairs. Going down from the fountain is a couple or two of rides that were yellow-taped that brings in a little creepiness so to say. It was as if nothing's wrong with them, it's just that they were never used. Beyond these are the two (2) tree houses that has inner and outer stairs you can climb up to. From the top you can see a maze made up of japanese bamboos. If it were rehabilitated ans reopenes it surely can make a great comeback. To calling our to the millionaires ans billionaires our there, please give this place a chance. ☺
