We had a great tour with happy way tours. I travel with a small manual wheelchair and was able to see the Atlasmountains. The driver was a great help and and made sure we had a great time.

we follow the reliefs down to the lush green valley of Ourika . arriving in a small authentic village where we will enjoy the feeling of this environment and sit for a tradition berber lunch with a local family. After we continue along the green valley to visit an aromatic garden specializing in growing Safran “ an optional visit with entry fees , five euros per person” . it is an ideal location to learn about this mythical spice and it culinary uses . Taste a cup of tea prepared carefully with aromatic plants including Safran and leave the garden to set off back to Marrakech .

I booked with Green Palm transport a day trip to Essaouira and we got picked up by very professional and smart driver Chafik he is very friendly and knowledgeable, He is very expirienced and knows where to go and stop for food(all good drivers know the best spots for food hence the michelin stars) on our way to Essaouira we made one stop and it was a nice place clean and delicious crepes were served. Once we arrived in Essaouira He adviced us where to go and what to do. We spent the day in this lovely town well recommended to visit. On the return leg it was nice and smooth we slept for most of it as we were tired from a day at the beach. The vehicle use for this trip was a black Mercedes benz Vito in excellent condition clean and I would say relatively new which made it a very comfortable trip and a first class experience. Thank you for a wonderful trip Chafik and Green Palm transport. Check them out for your transport needs while in Marrakech.

Good value for money. We had plenty of time to explore in Essaouira. We wandered through the soul, had freshly caught fish for lunch and caught some rays on the beach before our return.

Next, we will continue our journey by cracking the Kik plateau and between mountains and wheat fields, through pictures of villages and along the highest peaks of the Atlas Mountains until we reach the Asni Valley. We continue towards the famous Ourika Valley, it is still one of the most beautiful and best-conserved valleys of Morocco, the small villages clinging to the flanks of the massifs, the waterfalls and rocky landscapes that are confused with the omnipresent desert, all this forms a wild and seductive harmony in the confines of the western Atlas. Yassine is such a honest and kind human being. He helped my friend and I on NYE and waited at the location to make sure we were at the correct place and safe. I would highly recommend him!! My experience with Toubkal Guide strongly demonstrates that it is the premier guide service for Toubkal trekking. Due to Covid, I had to reschedule my trip several times. Throughout this process Jamal patiently and kindly responded to numerous e-mails and changes in plans. My trip with Toubkal Guide went without a hitch. Jamal himself met me at the train station in Marrakech, and transported me to Imlil Lodge. The lodge met all expectations. Beautifully decorated in the Berber style, it was a treat just to experience the lodge. Food was excellent and plentiful. My guide on the trek was Ibrahim. I could not have asked for a better guide. Ibrahim did everything in his power to make my trip a safe and successful experience. If you are going to trek with Toubkal Guide soon, ask for Ibrahim. Jamal, too, assisted so kindly in all aspects of my stay. He is an outgoing person, with a warm personality. Jamal and his staff are Berber. What better way to truly experience this fascinating culture than through Berber people themselves. Having been vaccinated, and armed with a negative PCR test for Covid, I had no problems whatsoever, entering Morocco. Jamal can also refer you to an approved testing site within a short walk of the Medina for your return test. The test cost approximately $60 US, and was ready the same day it was administered. Now is a wonderful time for a visit. The trail is not crowded, the weather is warming, and the Moroccan people are so welcoming. What a memory!
