We found this place by chance and it was almost in shock to find this kind of food and service in area . I highly recommend this place for none-Romanians as they have an international menu , great buffet for breakfast and the service is top notch .Prices are way affordable . Book in advance as this place it full all the time :)

Right in the center of the Felix Spa, terrace facing the street, very clean quiet rooms opposing the street (most of them) above a clear water source, excellent service provided by family owned operation, safe private parking (not in the street), fine breakfast variants indoor and outdoor (large screen TV on terrace - full range of beverages, coffee and selected deserts) More, the price is outstanding considering all other accommodation choices containing an indoor thermal pool do stand on much higher rates - this one is the best offer for money one or family can get at this spa destination - plus the thermal water is unique - no smell, no salty water, just bicarbonate and minerals - benefits for your health I would strongly recommend this property - do not hesitate to book in advance as it is a chance to be got Good luck A very pleased customer

A beautiful, clean, spacious guesthouse. Excellent good food. They say there is a sauna and heated pool. The pool water was very cold and the sauna non-existent. The attitude and superiority of the owner are the reasons why this location does not deserve even a star and I would not recommend it. As a bonus come the gratuitous evils, insults and high tone of the owner, who spoiled our good mood throughout our stay

This was our place to stop on our way from bucharest to austria. After a small mix-up with our reservation (asked for the 5 bed apartment but it wasn't available any more) we were offered 2 rooms at the same price (way better choice, thank you!). Our host made sure we were more than welcome, even when we arrived kind of late. She even called us while we were on our way back to ask if we need hosting for the night :) Thanks for the coffee and biscuits! And we'll surely stop again if we're nearby

One month before our stay in Arad I talked on the phone with the owner who assured me that they have rooms, they are ok with the fact that we were going to bring our 1 year old with us and told me that although they do not have a baby bed themselves it is ok to bring one. A few days before we travelled to Romania I called again talking to the other owner (they are a couple) who told me that she’s not sure a baby bed will fit the room, probably not. It was too late for us to find something else so we kept the reservation. We arrived at 10 or even a bit later to do our check-in and was asked by the owner whom I had spoken to first “What are you doing here?”. I honestly did not understand his question and said we are just there to get the room we booked. Then he asked if it is a vacation or work and when I said vacation he proceeded to tell me that their place is not for vacation, it’s a transit place and that there will be a lot of noise until 3PM, that the pool won’t be open until 3PM every day etc. Thought his attitude was ridiculous as we had spoken before, it was late in the evening so I paid for 2 weeks in advance and took the room as we had a tired baby with us after a full day of travelling. In the coming days it was clear that the two owners, who live on the premises and are constantly breathing down your neck, checking your every move and doing the casual eye-rolling, had an issue with us having brought a kid. They had a baby high chair which they never offered and when I asked if we can use it they made a huge deal out of it, the chair was apparently “too heavy and needs to be taken out the window” and I needed to tell them way in advance when I want to use it. This was obviously ridiculous. Anyway, few incidents later and after they decided to tell me to my face that our room was very dirty because of my child I told them that if they are so unhappy with us being there then I am happy to leave and get the money for the rest of our stay back. Initially the owner said that we should not leave but after discussing with his wife he came back half an hour later and told me it’s better if we do leave. I asked him if i was unclear on the phone when I told him that we’ll bring a young child and he said “yes, i think we did not understand ourselves right” confirming that they do not welcome children in their precious bed & breakfast (not sure about the breakfast btw, we were never offered one). Apparently he was very very bothered with the fact that the sheets had a fruit stain on them, like the amount we were paying was not for cleaning also. I have stayed in many hotels in my life but never have I been questioned or scolded about my sheets. Anyway, in the time span of half an hour we were left with no place to stay and had to find something else on spot, with a small child and all our luggage. All in all the two owners are spiteful people and act like you are some distant relative who came to stay at their home for free and won’t leave, when in fact you are staying there on your own money. The fact that they have an issue with children is even more ridiculous and I clearly do not recommend this place with or without children.

As soon as I arrived there, I was mindblown by the incredible view. The rooms are larger than I expected, very clean, and have a strong WI-FI signal. The restaurant is where the real experience starts: impeccable service, the food was out of this world (literally) and the chef was a hands-on guy who actually customized the menu for us. If you're going to Predeal, this is the place to stay.

A place where you can find a lot of peace, fresh air, a fabulous view of the mountains, a river with clear water, trills of birds. The staff is very kind and friendly. The location is very well organized. A very beautiful garden, clean rooms. There are many places to visit in the area (Prisolp Monastery, Densus Church, Retezat National Park). We will gladly return!
