To create his modern take on traditional tweeds Ronan selects yarns from Donegal Yarns and expert weaver’s Molloy & Sons transform the yarn into tweed. Hata then tailors the resulting fabric into apparel & accessories ensuring the designs are truly unique.

I have been trained with Ballymaloe Cookery school. ​ After this, I became a teacher. While doing this I became a brewer and now I am a farmer with a passion for fermented foods and cured meats. I got to love all this more through the pleasure of mindful activities and meditation. With Ireland being such a small place I've made friends all around the country who I want you to meet. And we can add in a bit of fun, banter, and consciousness while we are at it. 

Aneta is dance and music teacher and performer. I work within multiple ensembles across Europe. She has been running group dance classes in the Claddagh Cottage since May 2017. She is experienced in leading dance classes both for beginner and advanced dancers.
