When in Warrnambool you just have to take advantage of the Foreshore Promenade - it is a great walk, but it also stimulates the senses - the aromas, the seaspray, the sun, the surf, just a delightfully maritime experience...

Played Warrnambool in February. The first two holes are over some plainish land, but you get to the third and a skyline green... Then 4,5 and 6 are amazing! There are a couple of weaker holes, but the green monster of 10 is incredibly long and tough. The round finishes with back to back par 5s leaving a chance at a late birdie. Fun course, friendly staff, and a Leishman Lager is a great way to end a day!

Lady Bay Beach is wide, sandy, and patrolled by surf life savers. It is somewhat protected by the breakwater from the biggest surf and is easily accessed dfrom the town by public bus, car or walking. Lake Pertobe is behind the dunes and the Foreshore trail runs along the top. My friends were surprised when the tide came in quickly and washed their shoes from the sand into the sea

Take a relaxing tour of the Hopkins River and explore this 'premier' river on the south west of Victoria at the end of the Great Ocean Road. The River Cruise allows you to relax and listen the guided commentary explaining the history of the river, its development and renewal as a premier fishing river for Victoria. The one hour tour is scheduled at 2pm on Wednesday and Sunday (excluding winter). Other tours often available and can cater for groups.
Enjoy the views of Lady Bay, Port Fairy, the dormant volcano Tower Hill and the 12 Apostles with one of our scenic flights. Over the winter months have the opportunity to spot a whale!
