River outfitter and lodging in Oklahoma's scenic Illinois River corridor. We are located smack in the middle of the best floating and recreation area in the Oklahoma Ozarks. Come enjoy our laid back family destination!
This was our first time to float. It was beyond amazing I highly recommend doing this. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and we done the 4 mile float and it was just right for the kids. You can stop alongside off the river and swim and enjoy yourself. We definitely will be back.

I consider Tahlequah to be a very pretty town with a stream that runs through town along part of the History Trail. There are lots of benches and shade trees so walking the trail is easy. In addition there are displays along the trail that give historical facts about the Cherokee Nation and some of it's more well known members.

This is a family oriented business ran by Spears Family. Upon your arrival the atmosphere is nothing but cordial and friendly. Their service is quick and expedited to a very beautiful spot on the Illinois River filled with nature's beauty and lots of fun! And I have never had a raft deflate along the course of rafting so this is a real plus! Give them a try for an unforgettable experience. I will again. Rossanna Anderson

Just did the 13 mile float at Falcon today. Showed up during a rush of college kids and got three plastic kayaks. Not 10 minutes after signing the form and paying we were on the road up stream to the launch site. The two guys unloading for us looked very tired but were as friendly as could be. Kayak was a simple molded hollow form but had a very useful backrest built in. Having the done the route many years ago with a canoe I could remember how the back took a toll after many hours paddling. We left at 10:30am and got back at 5:30pm. They were easy to maneuver through tight spots that rafts had trouble. Most of the rafts were full of drunk college kids, so if that's your thing you can find it. The river was mostly peaceful and relaxing, a few places needed to paddle through calm water, and one spot had the obligatory loud, obnoxious music we had to endure from a raft. I really enjoyed the day and had no problems with Falcon Floats. I think most of the outfitters on the river try their best, and there will always be issues arise. I would recommend Falcon and will return.
We offer the best rates for kayak and raft trips on the beautiful Illinois River. We also have an area for primitive camping right on the river! No better place to beat the heat, and enjoy your summer days with friends or family. The river also offers great fishing opportunities and is known as an excellent smallmouth bass fishery.
