Not as finely manicured as Siam Old Course but thats not to say it wasn't in very good nick - I just loved the Khao Kheow course. I am off 18 handicap and found the course challenging with its fairways narrower than many around Pattaya but enjoyed plotting my way from tee to green. The lateral water hazards made accuracy a must and thankfully I was on target for most of the day. Greens were consistent and reasonably quick (so that's where I had most of my trouble during my entire Pattaya visit) and the caddys friendly and polite. Value for money too with our membership of the Pattaya Sports Club meaning the cost was 800 Baht ...then add on cart and caddy too of course. This is the one course I would play again and again if I was a Pattaya resident.
