40+ Miles Of Bike Trails Throughout The City

Loved our trip around the Grand rounds. Rode with our bike group one Sunday in September. Reasonably well marked, but be sure to check the map at each of the gazebo like structures or run a map app on your phone. Beautiful ride.

Elm Creek Singletrack Trail

Reviewed By nancyb890 - Champlin, United States

The snow has finally melted and the paths are now clear. Took my first walk of 2019 and as always, this place is full of life. The frogs and crickets were chirping and the night sky was beautiful as well. Can't wait to visit multiple times in the upcoming season. Grounds are very well maintained and one of the most peaceful areas of the Elm Creek park reserve near the east side of the City of Champlin

Minnesota Zoo

Reviewed By AlJazeera812 - Farmington, United States

We always love coming to this zoo it is always clean and the monorail is great on hot days to get around and see an aerial view of some of the enclosures. They always have a great variety of animals on display and in the farm area you get to see all kinds of Baby Animals often. So far my kids love coming here still and I'm sure that day will come when they no longer want to go to the zoo with their parents but until then we're gonna try and squeeze every trip we can in.

Loring Park

Reviewed By JenniB15 - John Day, United States

We went down to Loring park by walking the Greenway from our hotel. Friends had told us there was free skating and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the skates and the comfort of the warming house. Ice is created by flooding, so not perfectly flat and smooth, but they do a wonderful job with what they have. After the skating, we got lunch at the Holidazzle food vendors. It was lots of fun! Highly recommended.

Murphy-Hanrehan Park Reserve

Reviewed By TriCityDude - Saginaw, United States

Great place for a hike. Hikes for about an hour around a pretty little lake, with sunset views. Some paths paved. Some dirt. But plenty wide and clear. Small hills. Good get away exercise place. Early December with no snow, yet they had made snow and had x-c skiers doing some of the loops. Impressive!
