We have been four times. Gstaad is so beautiful, The Palace is a lovely place to stay, the food and wine are great. The tennis courts are very nice. Roy and his wife Joy are very special people. Well worth it!

What is more beautiful than floating smoothly and silently in the sky relying, solely on aerodynamic forces. When gliding in the air, inhale deeply, relax and absorb the most extraordinary mo-ments. No previous experience is required. A pilot, licensed by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation, guiding you securely through the air. After only a few short steps running down hill, we are lifting off and floating in the air. Feel the wind in your face while circling over the valley. Soon you will share our fascination for paragliding and you will realize that your dream of flying has come true. Price: CHF 170.- Flighttime: 10-20min

It takes about half an hour by public transportation to get to the lake from Gstaad, but it is worth the trip, because the lake is very pretty. You can walk around the lake in an hour or also do some more extensive hikes. Great views of the surrounding mountains. There is also a restaurant. Definitely a place to visit!
