We are vacationing from Florida and going off road was one of the main things I wanted to do on our trip. Nate was really friendly and accommodating! The vehicles were brand new and easy to drive. Some of the trails we went on weren’t marked clearly so we went way further than we should have before we realized it. The woman we called and spoke to said not to worry about it, to take our time and enjoy ourselves. We ended up having these for over the 2 hour limit and had a blast! This is a small mom and pop shop and we love supporting local businesses when we can.

Ride through this one-of-a-kind masterpiece of nature in Dead Horse Ranch State Park and learn about the history and mystery that surround us here. On your ride you can experience beauty and wildlife that is signature Arizona. The Verde River makes this a lush oasis in the desert where a wide variety of animals and plants reside that are unique to Sedona and the Verde Valley. At Dead Horse Ranch in Cottonwood Arizona, much of the land we ride in has been set aside as a National Treasure, so it should come as no surprise that some of the most beautiful horseback riding in Arizona can be found here as well.
I got to ride solo with “grandpa” and had an amazingly relaxed ride with great convo about everything and anything! Horses are well loved and healthy and it shows. I did a standard 90 minute trail ride because I was solo but they have other options if 2 or more. Just 30 mins from Sedona. Make it a day and explore the park (you have to pay $7 to get in anyways) or venture to nearby Jerome after.
