Once known for smog, traffic and tacky architecture, Athens is a city reformed thanks to fortunes brought by the 2004 Summer Olympics. Spotless parks and streets, an ultra-modern subway, new freeways, an accessible airport and all signs in perfect English make the city easily negotiable. Meriting more than a stopover en route to the islands, sophisticated Athens sites include many pillars of Western history, from the Acropolis to the Temple of Olympian Zeus, as well as treasures in the National Archaeological Museum.

We love to nurture our guests about Greece’s tastiest wines many of which they have never heard of. Our fun but professional approach will deliver an unforgettable experience and when you leave, you know much more about the wines of this country and wine tastings. Wine and spirit experiences introduced in small and intimate groups.
We had a great evening learning about local Greek wines with Konstantinos. Athens Wine Tasting experience includes 5 wines, a basket of bread and breadsticks, and an optional cheese and cold cut platter. A small join-in group, our session had 5 people in attendance (due to covid-19 limitations), which gave it a cool party feel. Konstantinos is a great tutor and teaches about how wine is grown and made, the differences between the wines, the wine culture in Greece and how to taste wines. The session is focused on Greek local wines, so he explores the different Greek regions and how their climate, soil, traditions and terroir overall affect the wines they produce. He responded on all of our questions throughout, helping us understand the finer points. The wine matrix is engaging and informative Overall it was a great experience and well worth our time and money. We ended up buying a few bottles of the wine we tasted to take home. We highly recommend it

The club that has caught the eye of the dance scene of Athens during the past few years, with its total black look, mirror and subtle lighting lines, is coming back dynamically this season. An incredible sense of real authentic clubbing, mixed with awesome vibes from edge to edge. Life is a Blast at Blast Athens!
