Great little cozy bar tucked away on a small alley. The beer selection was great, the service was excellent (and very helpful with recommendations). One of our favorite little bars in Amsterdam!

The Wine Cellar is a true hidden gem underneath Amsterdam's famous New Church offers only Argentinian and Chilean wines from small bodegas of which 50% is organic. Also wines from the owner's own wineyard are available. Great venue for a unique wine tasting. THU-SAT 17:00-20:30
The Wine Cellar was the highlight of our trip to Amsterdam! Jose made us feel like family as he told us all about his family's winery back in Mendoza. The wine was excellent, atmosphere great, and company even better! The Wine Cellar has a speakeasy feel which makes the whole experience that much more unique and special.

Café ZILT is a small and intimate bar on the Zeedijk, in the heart of Amsterdam. We serve over 100 beers of which many local brews; 12 beers are always on tap. Our shelves boast more than 130 whiskies from all around the globe ( bourbon and rye included ) and our 'top shelf' includes some great jenever, rum, gin and other wonderfully crafted spirits and liqueurs. We think we play the best music in town and that means no greasy kids' stuff. Café ZILT organises regular nosing and tasting sessions, a monthly pop music quiz and hosts a Jazz music session on the second Sunday of every month and a monthly classical music evening.

Bar TwentySeven is the venue where the impossible is made possible. Allow us to charm you with innovative creations, elegant design and impeccable service. Bar TwentySeven is a unique place where great champagne flows and you can indulge yourself in a luxurious atmosphere with a casual touch. At Restaurant Bougainville the team lifts fine dining to a higher level which inspired us at Bar TwentySeven to come up with the concept of “Fine Drinking”. We cannot wait to make you familiar with our mind blowing cocktails and exclusive spirits. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful bar.
Love this place- we come here so often now. The cocktails are divine, exactly how cocktails should be made. Definitely high quality. They narrowed down the menu which is good as there was so much to choose from, but there is still plenty of choice! I love the Circle of Life and the Bohemian Rhapsody, and another favourite is the Fermented Daiquiri. I can recommend for a nice Amsterdam experience, with a view of the Dam, a nice atmosphere and fantastic cocktails.

Established in 1670 and located in the center of a shopping, entertainment and nightlife district, this popular pub is famous for spontaneous parties that involve all patrons.
Stunning authentic old bar with a great atmosphere, good beer and we had wonderful service too from the friendly and helpful barman Hans. Stay for a drink, not just a photo.

In around 1679, Wynand Fockink opened his spirits and liqueur distillery on the Pijlsteeg in the bustling city center of Amsterdam. In those days distilleries usually included a tasting house and a shop; Wynand Fockink's was no exception. Today, three centuries later, the Pijlsteeg distillery contains an extraordinary collection of antique bottles in premises still furnished in the style of the seventeenth century. Wynand Fockink has continued, throughout the years, to specialize in liqueurs and jenevers which you can still see being made in the distillery. Join one of our guided tours, learn all about how our products are made and choose your favorite from our superb range of Dutch distilled products.
My husband and I spent a few days in Amsterdam, and included a walking tour of the Red Light District in our itinerary. Our guide, Stan, asked if we'd like to stop for a drink somewhere, and we soon found ourselves here at Wynand Fockink. What a great place! It's tiny and cramped and noisy and busy, but that just adds to the ambience. The jenever liquors are phenomenal; I tried 6-8 different ones and really enjoyed every single one of them. The bartenders were fun and friendly and more than happy to guide us as we explored the MANY flavors available. We had so much fun here, that we made a special second trip back the following day for another drink at the bar, as well as the purchase of several bottles from the shop next door.
