We did the 8 PM wine and food tasting, which was held in a room in the basement. It was a small group (we didn't know the others, but it wasn't awkward, because most of the time you are eating/drinking and listening to the sommelier!) and in a quiet space, so you are able to hear the sommelier. Our sommelier Michela was EXCELLENT! Very knowledgeable and entertaining, and you can tell she is passionate about her work. We learned so much, and the food was amazing (honestly, one of our best meals all trip). Was very fun and would recommend doing! They also will accommodate various food restrictions (vegetarian etc), so just let them know when booking or call in advance. The 2.5 hours flew by!

Best bar in Rome... amazing craft beer selection great cocktails... always a friendly welcome from the owner... everyone should visit La Botticella Bar when in Rome in Piazza Navona, it’s our favorite place and always plan our trip around visiting Gio at the bar!
