This 176-mile land and sea nature reserve is filled with beaches and family fun and has played a major role in conservation of fish native to the Bahamas.
This boat tour was one of the best we have been on (ever!) - and it was our captain that made the difference. We saw lots of turtles and snorkeled in some great areas. We loved the sand bar and overall the entire experience. It was Capt Chris though that made it extra special by taking the time to tell us history of the island/s as we went along and even jumped in the water so we could get a closer look at the largest starfish I’ve seen! A truly enjoyable experience start to finish!!

Sting ray city was a lot of fun and gave a lot of information about sting rays. Captain Chester was very friendly and made our trip memorable! I would recommend this attraction!

Bonnie was amazing! She was our sea lion and we had so much fun with her! First we got to take pictures with her! She gave each of us kisses! Next we got in the water with her and we were able to feed her and she gave us hugs! The sea lion is such an amazing marine mammal!!! Bonnie I wanted to take you home with us! The Blue Lagoon is a beautiful place to spend the day and I would recommend doing the sea lion encounter!!!

It poured rain the day we visited so there weren't many people. We got some real close up experiences with the animals. Highlights were feeding the lory parrots, the marching flamingos, the flamingos in the wild, and peacocks and parrots that are out in the open around the center.
