my husband and I spent 3 days here from 9/13-9/15.....it was our first time here and we totally loved it....the beach was clean and sooo relaxing..we went there for our 10th wedding anniversary and liked it so much, we plan on returning every year around the same time...theres alot to do..has alot of 5 star restaurants within walking distance from the boardwalk..we recommend eating at a place called "Salt Air'.....i had their scallops and my husband had their crab cakes, both of us agreed, best we've ever eaten anywhere..if you decide to dine their, make sure you book a reservation ahead of time, they are extremely hard to get into......we were just fortunate to get in !!! people here are extremely welcoming....if your looking for a place to go , i highly reccommend it.....great beach and the life guards stay on duty after the Labor Day weekend is over...

WE make it a point to go to the farmers market on Tuesday and we go an hour early so the kids have plenty of time to play. Nice combination of equipment and most of it is in a shaded grove so it doesn't get blazing hot and there are benches under tress for the adults. Always a hit every year. And don't miss the farmers market - I think it has the best variety of any of the farmers market in the area.

If you want to take a great low impact bike ride pedal around Rehoboth’s famous Silver Lake. It is the largest of two natural lakes with a smaller sister Lake Getard north of town. There is ample bike lane around Silver Lake which makes for gorgeous vistas. Unfortunately the entire lake shoreline is private property but bike riding around is no problem. Walking the shoreline is not allowed. Enjoy nature and the lakes waterfowl all four seasons.

Gordons Pond

If you like a good walk or bike ride this is the place. It is unspoiled, far from noise and refreshes the senses. There are places to sit and rest, and look outs to take a picure or bird watch. Take water though, it's a long walk to do half or all of the raised platform and paths. Dogs are welcome on a leash.
