The Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve (DDCR) is a designated protected area for the conservation the natural inland desert ecosystem of Dubai. It spans 4.7% of the total land area of Dubai Emirate and encompasses 225km2 of sand dunes desert ecosystem interspersed with gravel plains. The DDCR is a member of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and has gained international recognition from the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP). The DDCR is home to 57 Plant species, over 120 birds and 43 mammals and reptiles including the iconic Arabian Oryx. The DDCR can be visited by either staying at the Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa or for day visits with one of the four concession holders; Arabian Adventures, Lama Tours, Travco and Alpha Tours.

we did a safari desert there and loved it it was so great to be able to walk trough the dunes and see the camels also loved the bbq dinner and belly dancers totally recommend to go there if you can perfect opportunity to take amazing photos at sunset in the dessert

We had brunch at Gordon Ramseys Bread Street Kitchen which is opposite the aquarium and the tickets were included. I am glad there were. The aquarium is unlike any other I have seen before, the displays are amazing and we particularly like the big tank were we could see the scuba divers who interacted with us. I could have sat and watched the fish for hours. My family really enjoyed this aquarium and I would definitely recommend this as a place to visit

This is a beautifully kept park. You need a nol travel card to access the park (there is a credit top up point by the entrance gate) and pay 5 dirhams to enter, which is well worth it. The park is one of the largest green spaces in Dubai and has lots of seating areas which are ideal for a picnic. There are also multiple refreshment booths, plenty of immaculately clean toilet facilities, lots of kids playgrounds, various interesting installations and great views of the Dubai frame and city skyline. Al Jafiliya metro station is very close by and there is also a reasonable amount of parking available. A great place to spend a few hours away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

What a beautiful place it is. Dubai Marina is one of the most visited place of Dubai. Super skyscrapers, beautiful water bodies, luxury yachts with people doing parties on it, song playing on high beat, and beautiful crowd of people coming from all over the world, makes this place amazing and eye catching. Built in 2012, and extended many times, this amazing facility provides a high quality cycling track, showers and support facilities - all for free. Well kept, and regularly cleared of desert sand. Options for experienced riders looking to clock up 100+km, or shorter routes and loops for the less experienced. A real feather in Dubai's cap.

The biking trails are colour-coded (like ski runs) in terms of difficulty so we could choose one that suited our level. The bikes are in good condition - we had a great time riding the trails for an hour.
