Tradition collides with pop culture in Tokyo, where you can reverently wander ancient temples before rocking out at a karaoke bar. Wake up before the sun to catch the lively fish auction at the Tsukiji Market, then refresh with a walk beneath the cherry blossom trees that line the Sumida River. Spend some time in the beautiful East Gardens of the Imperial Palace, then brush up on your Japanese history at the Edo-Tokyo Museum. Don’t forget to eat as much sushi, udon noodles, and wagashi (Japanese sweets) as your belly can handle.

I've been to many Japanese gardens, but this is definitely very impressive one. Though it was not rose season, we were lucky to see roses surrounded by red leaves. It was so beautiful that we couldn't stop taking pictures until the camera ran out of battery. There was an old house which was said to belong to a rich person. We couldn't get into it, but many people took pictures in front of it. It was gorgeous. This garden is definitely a worth-going place. すごく綺麗な庭園です。11月末、バラと紅葉の共演はとても素敵です。真中の池、典型的な日本庭園。紅葉の季節にき来てよっかた。でも、バラの季節なら、きっと別の美しい風景。
