A place dedicated to the most symbolic know-how of the Tàravu valley: Pork breeding and processing. You will discover how the successive generations have tamed their environment and learn how to use resources to link their fate with that of the animal. "Charcuterie" (delicatessen)is far from industrial production, here we have an authentic and tasty product as well culinary as symbolically. So let's take a walk on this delightful path with an unexpected show which will open your appetite of knowledge.

A small museum with a fine collection of Renaissance paintings: a must-see for the avid art lover.
This museum allegedly has the largest collection of Art outside the Louvre and is well worth a visit. It was on our "to do" list before we went. One reviewer stated it was a good place to while away an hour.We spent two and a half hours there and could have stayed longer. There was an additional exhibition of items from the Bonaparte family which was a nice suprise. Signs indicated " No photography" but luckily managed to get a book on Musee Fresch off good old ebay. Highly recommend.

Large but not very large house. Tons of exhibits to describe Napolean's life history and the history and provenance of this house. Good audio guide though it wasnt available in the morning and we had to come back after 2 pm to access it. This matter can be rectified. Wonderful bookshop extensively covering the history of Napolean and associated events. Located right in the center of Ajjacio which anyway is a walkable town
