Pristine white cliffs tower over this recently revitalized spa town with its Sacred Pool and calcium-rich mineral springs. The pool is set amid a gorgeous garden, and a teahouse is adjacent. Pamukkale is most pleasant once the crowds of summer have departed, but temperatures have not yet plummeted.

All I can say is wow! Well I can actually say more lol. This entire experience was truly amazing. I can't believe how I lucked up on this awesome experience. Everything ran smoothly. Like no issues-well except for the one time the driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel after the balloon ride. I told him it didn't look like my hotel but he insisted. But besides from that everything was perfect. I was picked up from my hotel in Istanbul and dropped off at the airport. I was picked up once I landed. Took an hour drive directly to start the red tour. I had a great tour guide name Torgor(?) I just remember him saying his name sounds like tour guide lol. His energy was amazing and he was just filled with so much historical information. We visited Pigeon Valley, Goreme Open Air Museum, Cavusin, Devrent Valley. We saw Pasabag, Fairy Chimneys and Love Valley. We had an air conditioner van to take us from place to place. We visited Avanos to a Ceramic Pottery shop. It was cool I was able to get hands on and make pottery out of red clay. We stopped by a nearby restaurant to have lunch which was included. We were done with the tour by 4pm. I stayed in Cappadocia View Hotel. It was ok and basic. The roof top has very beautiful views of everything. With free time I booked a Turkish dinner dance performance in a cave which I highly suggest. The next morning by 430am was picked up for the air balloon tour. This experience was completely amazing. After getting dropped off at the wrong hotel, I found my way back and was able to catch a traditional turkish breakfast at the hotel which is included. We had another awesome guide name Bidom(?) as our guide for the Green tour. We also visited Pigeon Valley again which was cool because I spent time in a different area and Goreme Panorama. We also visited Derinkuyu Underground City which was so cool and amazing. We visited Selime Monastery which was a very steep hike but beautiful especially the views; and Ihlara Valley in which we had lunch at a restaurant right off the river which was included. The food was delicious. Our guide was awesome and was very informative at every place we visited. Once the tour was over I was dropped off back at my hotel to wait for pick up to take me to the airport. Once I landed in Istanbul I had another transportation back to my hotel. Absolutely amazing experience. I wish it was an extra day added for a morning to watch the balloons from the ground up and to also ride the ATV'S or camels or horses and visit winery's and shops that sells rugs haha. But I loved it and I highly recommend this package

Sorry guys , even tho the guide was nice and profesional , the tour is more expensive than a 2 day tour wich make no sense. The photos showed are not what they take u to see . The point where they take u are “meh” U dont see the balloons . They also take you to a tourist trap with ridiculous prizes . And at the end they leave you in a hotel waiting 3 hours for your transport to airport wich was very annoying. It was nice to see the archelogical site but its defitenely not worth 350 euros for this . Sorry but it is very true .

If you decide to book with Fez in Turkey, ask for Gosuk to be your guide! Gosuk or as many called him G is such an amazing tour guide. G took care of our small group and had exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Turkey and with his experience, knows a lot of people in the areas we visited. Due to low tourism, we nearly had all of the sites to ourselves to get our photos and avoid the pesky crowds. Despite covid and the restrictions on our trip, Gosuk had made arrangements to exceed our expectations. From bonus stops and sites to upgrading our stay at the Cave hotel. G also helped arrange a PCR covid test for me at the hotel prior to my departure back home. I am no stranger to travel but this was my first time booking a multiple day guided tour. I had many questions that Fez was able to answer and accommodate prior to my departure. Traveling this year requires some flexibility and willingness to pivot as we navigate through these tough times. All in all, I came to Turkey knowing next to nothing about the country and came out with a notepad full of notes and knowledge that I want to share.

Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy this boat to the fullest due to Covid restrictions and some things not being allowed, such as the foam party. This was part of the reason we booked it for my son - however there wasn't really much children's entertainment either so that was a bit of a disappointment. However, the staff were friendly enough and still had good banter with the kids, especially Jack Sparrow and the guy who was doing the photography. The photos were nice but I think a tad over priced for me personally. But it was a nice momento for my son as it was his first time in Turkey and also out on boats at sea and swimming in the sea. The staff were very encouraging and helped get him in to the way as he was a bit apprehensive about it. We also enjoyed a short shopping trip at a small village, and lunch was lovely.

We had been talking to Hakan from Neopolis Travel for over a year, as I was planning a 6 month Sabbatical, with an Istanbul and Cappadoccia tour. From the beginning the communication from Hakan was always timely and informative with flexibility and options given. We eventually booked the tour with him for this coming May, but obviously circumstances have now prevented this. Via email with Hakan, he gave us options to defer the tour, but unfortunately due to other commitments we have had to cancel. Hakan has been very understanding throughout and will definitely book with him and Neopolis if we are able to do the tour in the future.
