We are a group of 9 guys who have been on motorbike trips for 17 years on a row. We have been many places but never to Kenya. We contacted Fred and from the beginning we experienced professionalism, engagement and cooperation. Fred tailored a 7 days trip for us, and we had a wonderful time. So many experiences in beautiful Kenya. Many highlights, among those the stay at the Masai camp, very interesting to hear about and see the culture, a real experience far from the touristic programs we read about. Also Fred managed to mix the accomondations from simple to nice, and everyday was a real adventure. The staff that went with us (a guide on motorbike and a support car) was so nice and friendly, and really knew their stuff. Never a bad word, but patience, outstanding service, humor and professionalism. We had a fair amount of challenges on the way, punctures, muddy roads, an agressive elephant, but it was all so much fun and we felt safe and taken good care of all the way. On our previous trips we spend a lot of time on the motorbikes, some time too much, but Fred had arranged this trip so we had time for some game drives, lunches and nice breaks in villages etc., so overall it was perfect. My best reccomandations to Fred and his outstanding staff. Second to none.

Shaba is associated with Joy Adamson (author of Born Free), who spent her last years in the reserve returning a Leopard into the wild. The book Queen of Shaba is about this experience. Shaba has also been the site for a Survivor Africa programme. Umoja near Archer's Post (on the way to the Samburu Reserve), is the site of a ground-breaking Game viewing is the primary activity via game drives and walks, also birding and lodge activities. I was a little anxious about doing this trip alone but everyone was so friendly and I had so much fun. I opted to go snorkelling with a member of the boat crew. We were out for almost an hour and I saw the most amazing marine l upife. We were lucky enough to see some dolphins, although not for long. Lunch on Wasini Island was really good, plenty of food and the service was great. My overnight stay at Shimoni Reef Lodge was just perfect, the staff went out of their way to welcome me and make my stay memorable. The food was wonderful. I took the opportunity to visit the slave caves and was escorted there personally by Nyinge who worked at the Lodge, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a unique two day experience

Two Bs were responsible for our great experience, Mr. Bryan and Mr. Ben. Mr. Bryan put together our trip. He made sure that every detail was planned and carried out with love a precision. Mr. Ben was our driver and tour guide. We visited three safari parks, Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli. We saw the big 5 and so much more. At each stop our rooms were upgraded and the food and service was amazing. We asked to have plans for us to eat with a Kenyan family, to gain a deeper appreciation for Kenya, and Mr. Bryan selflessly arranged that for us. It's that personal touch that made the difference. These two men should be recognized as ambassadors for Kenya.

This was our first time in Kenya and we were so excited to go on the Masai Mara Safari. Sir Michaels Safaris made our whole 6 day adventure an amazing experience. We saw many animals and even some rare sightings. Our driver was very knowledgeable and made the tour even better by telling us all about the wildlife. If you are looking for a tour packed full of value and then Sir Michaels Safaris is the company to go with!! We will use them next time we are in Kenya.
This is a perfect safari for a guest who wants to experience the beauty and drama of the migration in elegance and style .The Maasai Mara National Reserve is also considered to be the seventh natural wonder of the world where the migration happens every year between JULY and OCTOBER During this great migration, over 2 million wildebeests, zebras and gazelles trek from the Serengeti plains in Tanzania right through the reserve in search of water and pasture. Visiting Maasai Mara during the Migration Season is the ultimate way of experiencing the last multi-species migration on the planet. During this period, the iconic plains of the Mara transform to a migration route providing you with an opportunity to see more than a million wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes grazing across the rolling plains of the epic Maasai Mara and Serengeti Parks.

Gracepat was an amazing safari experience on a decent budget that I recommend to all my friends and travel groups. What made it even more special was Kelvin, our guide. He is a professional, very knowledgeable, poly, people caring and always striving to make us happy and exceed our expectation. He loves and respects the nature and he knows everithing about wildlife. He knows all the animals, birds and all about the african culture. There was no question we asked that he did not know the answer. He is also an expert driver in all types of terrain, starting from the wet and muddy conditions to the dry ones. Incredible Safary Experience :) !

Hello, back again. After spending two months with a Johnson and his family, he helped me arrange a trek up Mt. Kilimanjaro. He took care of all the planning and organization, and the trek was incredible. I could not have done it without Johnson’s help. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Johnson!
