Having lived in the South Island of NZ all our lives, neither of us had been to the Hermitage or Tasman Glacier before. We had driven through the area and knew something of it, but the commentary Gary shared on many of the places we passed by was new to us and very interesting. It was great to sit back and and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

I celebrated my birthday in Queenstown for 4days/3nights. My partner and I decided to visit Milford sound by booking a tour from altitude tours. I am writing this review to commend our most energetic, friendliest and awesome driver Tanya ( the crazy cat lady). She made our whole tiring and rainy day experience, the perfect day we had in Queenstown. From start until the end of the day, she never fails to entertain us with her life story and the tour itself. Aside from her enthusiastic attitude and expert driving, the highlights of our tour was the magnificent refreshing waterfalls, swimming dolfins, sunbating furseal, rainbow beside the waterfall, and windsurfing Keith the ?bird on the top of a van. I highly recommend you to book with them if you want your tour in Queenstown be the highlight of your vacation. Cheers to the crazy cat lady!????????

Our day began with being picked up in central Christchurch at 8.30 travelling over the Canterbury plains to Springfield and onto Mt Torlesse and Rubicon Stations for the 4x4 adventure followed by jet boating. After lunch we made our way to Arthurs Pass where we boarded the Tranzalpine Train where Mark collected us to take us home. So this was an excellent day, filled with laughter and excitement. Mark was very knowledgeable and easy going. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a fantastic time, Bill was or guide and driver and provided us with extensive knowledge of the Skippers Canyon plus some first hand experience of some of his adventures in the area. Felt right at ease even with the steep drop offs on both sides of the vehicle and this is reflected in the professionalism of the guide and company. Would definitely do the trip again, and would love to do the Macetown trip some day. AAA experience for us, and a must do trip for anyone coming to Queenstown.
