Staggering beauty and heart-pumping thrills await in the resort town of Queenstown, which is also known for its Hobbits—much of the Lord of the Rings trilogy was filmed in the area. Outdoor enthusiasts flock to Queenstown for the kayaking, bungee jumping, jetboating, white-water rafting, hiking and skiing. More mild-mannered adventurers can take a quiet cruise through nearby Milford Sound, part of the Fjordland National Park World Heritage area, or sample South Island pinot noir from one of the region's 75 wineries.

I celebrated my birthday in Queenstown for 4days/3nights. My partner and I decided to visit Milford sound by booking a tour from altitude tours. I am writing this review to commend our most energetic, friendliest and awesome driver Tanya ( the crazy cat lady). She made our whole tiring and rainy day experience, the perfect day we had in Queenstown. From start until the end of the day, she never fails to entertain us with her life story and the tour itself. Aside from her enthusiastic attitude and expert driving, the highlights of our tour was the magnificent refreshing waterfalls, swimming dolfins, sunbating furseal, rainbow beside the waterfall, and windsurfing Keith the ?bird on the top of a van. I highly recommend you to book with them if you want your tour in Queenstown be the highlight of your vacation. Cheers to the crazy cat lady!????????

My wife and I had a fantastic time, Bill was or guide and driver and provided us with extensive knowledge of the Skippers Canyon plus some first hand experience of some of his adventures in the area. Felt right at ease even with the steep drop offs on both sides of the vehicle and this is reflected in the professionalism of the guide and company. Would definitely do the trip again, and would love to do the Macetown trip some day. AAA experience for us, and a must do trip for anyone coming to Queenstown.

I love mini golf but this was a complete waste of time and money. $19 for 7 holes of golf. And supposedly an escape room which I was really looking forward to. The mini golf was ok but got very repetitive after about the 3rd hole. The escape room ipad wasn't working. When we pointed it out the staff member said 'oh yeh the escape room isn't working also are you nearly finished we close in 4 min?) asked if we could have at least a bit of a discount as we weren't told they were about to close and that we would have to leave and also couldn't do the escape room. No chance of a partial refund. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
