Indoor Swimming Pool open January thru December.
The pet-friendly rooms here are very spacious and we especially liked that our room had a separate bedroom with door, making it easy for one to nap while another watches TV or makes something in the little kitchen space. Very handy to have a laundry on site, and the inn is conveniently located just minutes from all the major attractions. Excellent breakfast service. We appreciate the pet friendly option and just wished this time that the grass there was not so tall, which was a challenge for our two small dogs. Overall another great visit.

We arrived today and I’m really happy with this place. The property is easy to find, beautiful location and looks very well taken care of. Our room (safari room, 5b) is small but its so well organised that it feels spacious. The little things that please me….. shiny sparkly-clean fixtures, bright bathroom lighting, 4 toilet rolls, binoculars in the room, little candies as a welcome gift, comfy bed, blankets for sitting on the deck. Things a hotel usually doesn’t bother with or care about, but Peggy does. The room is spotless. Huge window and a window in the door opens the room up to the ocean view. Bathroom is large and roomy. Peggy’s son greeted us and was friendly and welcoming. Can you tell we love it here?

Where to start? Checked in at 1pm, but wasn’t allowed into room until 3pm because they were taking their sweet time cleaning. Got charged twice by the manager and was told “the system will eventually work it’s self out” and I’ll get refunded the extra charge. Office temperature is around the temperature of the sun. “Continental Breakfast” is just wrapped muffins and bagels with nothing else working. Only upside was a $5 discount for booking online.

When we first got here the room we were placed in was on the ground floor, though I paid for an ocean view all we could see out of our window was a building that was across the street. There were outlets literally hanging out the wall, and it just felt very sketchy overall. The pool was also “under maintenance” without a warning beforehand. And the breakfast that they said they offered is literally microwave burritos, prepackaged muffins or cinnamon rolls, yogurt, small pre packaged juices, or fruit cups. After a while of being unhappy with our service we went to the front desk, they offered a room change or a 20% discount. We went with the room change in hopes for a better stay. The new room was better than the last but still not up to our exceptions. The ocean view that I paid for was still barely there but at least it was better than it was, the sink doesn’t drain unless you hold up the drain stopper, and the toilet barely flushes without holding down the lever, the shower is fit for people who are shorter than 5’7” (estimated) and the shower head leaks when you turn it on. The walls and floors are paper thin, you can hear every single step and conversation people are having. On the third day of our stay we went to the front desk to ask if we could have a light clean of our room because the trash was full and we needed new towels, and the man at the front desk was quite rude saying “we have three maids today and 23 checkouts so I don’t know if it’ll happen” then after asking what room we were in and my boyfriend saying “I’m pretty sure it’s 221” his reply was “pretty sure or is??” in a harsh tone. They never even cleaned the room after that. Overall, I would never stay here again, it definitely does NOT look what it does online.

Every summer, my family and I would come to the coast and stay here. It was cheap to rent two rooms, to fit my big family. I was surprised to get clean rooms; I didn't think they would clean the room thoroughly, but I saw them strip the sheets, take the trash out, and do the other chores that needed to clean. It was a decent place to stay for a big-sized family.

The guy I dealt with (covered in tattoos) was a straight up con man. Told me $125, played around on the computer and then mumbled, "I got you a better deal." Great! Then gives me the reciept after running my credit card. It's for $142. I asked what happened to $125 and he said "No, I said $145." I objected and he adamantly insisted he told me $145. To appease me, he then fakes a phone call to "his girlfriend" to remedy the situation. After some mumbled "conversation" with her, he acts like she b!tched at him and tells me, "She won't help me out." So to save me a new motel search I gave in and paid his price. No doubt he routinely pulls this stunt. Going to my room, I spotted a slew of unsavory looking characters in and around the motel who made me VERY nervous about the security of my car and its contents. Go ANYPLACE else but here!
