High-speed, history and good old Hoosier hospitality are a few reasons to put Indianapolis on your list of great getaways. Sports is another. From the legendary Indianapolis 500 to the Pacers and the Colts, the city offers ample opportunities to view professional and amateur sporting events, take part in athletic events and visit sports museums. At the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Hall Of Fame Museum you can tour the famous track (try to reserve tickets if there is a race in town) or visit the museum dedicated to automobiles and auto racing. Other sporty museums include the NCAA Hall of Champions. To get in on some of the action, head to SportZone which features six acres of indoor athletic facilities the whole family will enjoy. Those less interested in sports, or with kids in tow, can still find tons to do in and around the city. History, art and other cultural attractions abound. Visit the Children's Museum or checkout the zoo. Stroll along cobblestone streets past 19th-century buildings in the Lockerbie Square District or visit any number of historic landmarks. Known as the "Crossroads of America," more interstate highways bisect Indianapolis than any other city in the country, making it an exciting and easily accessible destination.

Pool was closed, only one ice machine in building worked, and breakfast is lacking anything hot. Stayed here because it was cheapish but would not stay again. They should let people know if ur pool is closed when they book the room.

This is an older Super 8, but rooms are clean and updated. Far enough from the street and I 65 to be quiet and easy to access from Southport Ave. I stayed in a room on the south side which allowed parking next to my room so I could keep an eye on my vehicle which was loaded with tools.

It is very close to Simon Cancer center. Room was clean. The lady that checked us in was friendly. Not much to choose from for breakfast. We were on the first floor. There was a very noisy car that came into the parking lot several times during the evening and overnight. Seemed to come and leave again. Right by our window. We could hear someones tv.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Should you choose to stay, make sure you have your tetanus shot and a biohazard suit. Hotel is disgustingly run down and DIRTY. The room we were given looked to haven't ever been cleaned. Wanted to sanitize my shoes after just walking in the room. We did not stay and would recommend that no one else does. Fire or a complete demo would be an upgrade for this location.

I stay here weekly for business. This property is a bit older but when you arrive you can see that it’s not neglected. The owners & staff do a good job trying to take good care of everything. What I think is the reason I keep choosing this property over others is the housekeeping does a genuinely good job. Everything from major must haves like clean bedding to the little things seem to always be taken good care of. I appreciate that as a customer. In ending if you want a cheap clean place to stay don’t hesitate. They do a great job here.

I was going to stay at the OYO hotel in Indy and I had with me a hard copy of the hotel reservation on a sheet of printed paper as the itinerary. The guy said that I still couldn't stay there because he couldn't pull up my information on the computer because their internet wasn't working. But I was showing him my itinerary for proof that I had made a reservation and he still wouldn't let me stay there. He also said that he turned away other people there who also made online reservations before me all day. Another woman walked in after me and she was also told that she couldn't stay there and she actually spent money for her reservation. They said that they didn't have no rooms available for people who had even made reservations to stay there. They were letting people traffic in the rooms over people that were spending money. The maintenance of the hotel was even down. They said there was not any internet, television, or hot water. But if they knew people made reservations, they've should have allowed for those people to stay there or find a way for them to stay. Or looked at the dates when people had already booked and use that to kick out certain people like the ones who were not spending any money. That is why they should have a hard copy or paper file of people who made reservations.

We never had our room cleaned during our whole stay, our beds never fixed. We were in the need to ask for towels and toiletry every day. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this property. Front desk personnel was alerted several time of this

They stole my money! I had booked through orbitz for one night for the Indy 500 (had gotten surprise birthday tickets for my father) . Due to the Pandemic the Indy 500 was postponed until August. Orbitz asked me to contact the hotel directly, and I spoke to front desk officer Johnny B. He ASSURED me that my booking would be rescheduled and honored so he took my info down. Fast forward to a few months later, and Johnny B calls me and says I would need to pay again, and now i would have to pay for a three day minimum as well. I’ve had orbitz call them and Johhny B claims I was a no show originally and cannot refund me which is a lie since he called me and said he remembered me and stated he called because he “felt bad”. I’ve tried calling again and Johhny B. Just keeps hanging up on me. He also states he’s the manager which is really sad if he is because this is not the way you do business. They stole $350 from me! Please, I urge you not to stay here. Please stay somewhere that will not steal from you, lie, and treat customers like garbage.
