Very short walk to Cuthbert amphitheater easy to walk back and pool and spa open all night! That is the best after a concert in the rain! We did experience an issue with the fire alarms and that was certainly disrupted to our sleep.

We were in Eugene for a Convention. I stayed in the motel room most of the time alone. Never was I scared or afraid. I felt very safe. The room was VERY CLEAN. The bathroom was great. We had enough room and never felt boxed in. I amazed how you never heard any of your neighbors flushing toilets or the shower running. Thank you for this great room. Prices were wonderful

It was okay for one night. Just seemed like a high price to pay for dumpy Eugene, Oregon. The owners were friendly and it had a great location in the middle of downtown. Not the most comfortable bed but I only stayed one night.

I was having a rough time and was traveling back home from a work trip. The family that owns and operates the Parkway Inn brought a smile to my face right away, and they were very helpful. These are no frills rooms, but they’re clean and quiet. The location made it extremely easy to get back on the road in the morning, and I would gladly stay here again if I’m in town.

This place is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. We booked on an Oregon ducks game weekend and it was 170$ for one king bed. Pulling in we already could tell what kind of hotel it was but didn't have a choice. We get the key to our room and it's absolutely disgusting. Mold everywhere, the remote was covered in crust, stains on literally everything and roach traps in the corners. I started looking for other hotels while my wife went to ask if we could get a refund and leave. The front desk guy said no because we booked thru Expedia. Then, 10 minutes later he comes knocking on the door rudely saying are we going to leave? If we are we need to leave now to get a refund so as not to spend more than one hour there. I guess that is some rule. So we said yep, left within 2 minutes. We had stayed in the room for 30mins only. Next day we call to get a refund, Expedia said they have to call the hotel. Hotel says call back tmrw and ask for Bobby the manager. We go thru this process for 3-4 days, calling constantly. They deny the refund for some reason, then ask for the pictures my wife took in order to get the refund even though the night manager said as long as we left before one hour we would get a refund. They even told Expedia we only stayed for 40mins! They cussed out Expedia and us multiple times. Even Expedia got upset. Then said to email them which I have multiple times. They hung up on my wife and said "I don't need to argue with you" and when we asked for Bobby the manager the guy on the phone said he was a different Bobby, lmao. It's sad we will not get our money back, but I'm telling you do not stay here. Customer service is as bad as the rooms. You would think with the scamming and no refunding they would have a better hotel. Also, something almost attacked me from the bushes. I can't believe they actually charge almost 200$ to stay here on ANY day. What a filthy place and owner. Thanks to Expedia for doing the best they can.

Mind you, cheap is relative. This is pretty much a Motel 6-like property. But it's proximity to the airport made is a very convenient place to stay when one has a 5 AM flight. Basic room, no flash, water goes from hot to cold and back on it's own. Apart from that...

This Motel property is conveniently located right off of Interstate 5 at the south edge of Eugene where deer can sometimes be seen wandering about in the wooded hills that rise up above the back side of the motel. I’ve stayed here for quite a few nights over the past decade when visiting family members, and I’ve always been greeted with friendly staff at the front desk and given a clean, comfortable room at an affordable rate. This latest stay over Memorial Day weekend was no exception Rashad, the desk clerk who checked me in, was courteous and outgoing, gave me a choice of room location, and clearly described all the available amenities. I’ll definitely be considering another stay here when I come back down to Eugene again.

Worst costumer care i have ever received from any hotel, not only by not honoring their advertise promises i.e. breakfast included but being rude when ask about it. Do not waste your $$ here. Not worth it.
