They were remodeling, so we understood that, however, there was constant noise above us till we complained for the 3rd time at 3 a.m. The following day, I complained to management and he assured me that they would give us 25.000 rewards points & make it right. Never happened! We stayed again in May, hoping that it might be better and brought the points issue up to "current" managers, as well as situation of noise. Again, they both assured us they'd talk to property manager and get our points added...again, weeks passed and still no points. I called Hamal again and ger husband was rude, claimed points had been added and that if I had any ither issues, to call Best Western in Phoenix, but don't call him. I told him that his attitude wasn't gelping a situation they created, by veing dishonest to beging with. I did call the customer service center and was assured that they'd speak to current managers and get the points added...as of June 5th, STILL NO points as promised. Do not waste your time or money on this hotel. They are dishonest, rooms are just adequete, beds sag in middle, no extra towels, debris from "ongoing remodel"all over place, huge dumpster taking up part of oarking lot, unsavory characters staying in the upstairs untenovated rooms. TV issues too. Breakfast was generic and barely any food, out of coffee, juice and even fruit and it was 7a.m and no other people in lobby. Do yourself a service and go elsewhere!

Disappointed in Red Roof Inn and Travelocity
Reviewed By Global619760I went on Travelocity to find a good hotel with good rates for a two day getaway with my husband for my birthday . I trusted Travelocity to find me a nice clean safe hotel. Red Roof Inn seemed like a nice hotel with a great rate for one nights stay. When we drove in the parking lot we should have continued out the the other side. The parking lot was filled with pot holes. That should of been my first clue it wasn’t going to get any better. We couldn’t get in to the lobby because the door was locked and we had to speak to manger or front desk through a thick glass window. The women behind the window was nice, but she spoke so softly it was hard to hear her. Once we got in to the room we were shock and how rundown the room looked. The bathroom was the worst and I have pictures to prove it was discussing. The ceiling was moldy with a hole in it. Looking at the bath tub it had chips of plaster and paint peeling off the surface of the tub and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Although the front desk women said the room had just been cleaned. That room should have been closed off for repairs or slated for a remodel. I’m disappointed in The Red Roof Inn and Travelocity.

Magnificent Stay!
Reviewed By dreuxs2018I was in Corpus Christi for work and staying here has been a thoroughly rewarding stay. My room was clean, the hotel itself is clean and I always felt safe here. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The friendliness of the entire staff was consistent to other guests also as I observed this on multiple occasions. I cannot state enough what an enjoyable stay I had and I would highly recommend this motel to anyone!

Reviewed By ArathiK_12Great location and view of the bay, but the hotel itself is outdated and run down. Room is huge and clean but was not ready when we got there, more than an hour past check-in. We're still waiting for our trash bag that the cleaning person was going to bring by hours ago. Would likely not stay again.

I recently started staying at this hotel because of the welcoming and super friendly yet professional attitude the German lady at the front desk greeted me with every time. The hotel was clean. Unfortunately, last couple of times I arrived i wasn't greeted the way a guest should be. When I asked what happened to the girl that usually checks me in I was shocked that this woman actually told me the reasons why she was fired. (Absolutely unprofessional and against the law) none of the staff now present seems to care about hospitality. Cold and rude.

Reviewed By bobbia2018I'm all about saving money and staying at quirky, cheaper motels, but this was the grossest and scariest place I've ever stayed at. Apparently part of the hotel caught fire over a year ago, and still stands dilapidated. Pool was very green and dirty. The chain lock to our door was busted off, and our door handle and deadbolt didn't quite fit the door right. Our balcony door was also broken and couldn't be opened. If I wouldn't have lost all of my money for a late cancelation, we would have immediately left. I would advise against staying here.

Rooms are good and clean and very well maintained, has a classy touch to it. The only thing that lacks is the royal touch to it; a more grand and palatial feel inside out.

ALL of the staff has made it such a comfortable stay!! The service was outstanding. April (the General Manager) is on top of her game!! She went the extra mile to ensure our customer satisfaction and the other administrative staff (Ashley, Irma and the other administrative staff) were polite and courteous at all times. Maria, Deyaira and Jacqueline treated us with the utmost and respect and warmth as they diligently kept the rooms clean and daily provided for our needs. Last but not least the maintenance crew (Miguel and Giovonni) were able to get the job done without any delay and were very seasoned maintenance professionals. We would highly recommend Motel 6 (m63226bo) to family, friends and people of all ages. We thank all of you for your hard work. You deserve the highest of praises!
