A holiday in Norfolk is not a glamorous break. While the Norfolk Broads of East Anglia are a beautiful part of the UK, they represent a relaxing rural getaway rather than a high-powered city-break. Although its reputation is mostly rural, with people associating the county mostly with the wetlands of the Norfolk Broads, there are also towns such as Norwich and King's Lynn to visit, both of which provide shopping opportunities, nightlife and entertainment. Norfolk also contains a large stretch of coastline, and seaside destinations such as Cromer and Great Yearmouth mean there are great beaches to be found as well. Many areas of the Norfolk Broads and the coastal region are sites of outstanding natural beauty, and are also protected as bird reserves, so take a pair of binoculars on holiday. There are also popular wildlife attractions such as Banham Zoo, with a great collection of big cats, and Great Yarmouth's Sea Life Centre, one of the biggest of its kind in the country, complete with tropical sharks and conger eels. And of course, if any of your family are interested in boating, you'll need to rent a boat and explore the waterways of the Broads themselves!

An 18-hole crazy golf course situated in a beautiful award-winning heritage park
My partner and I had a bunch of fun doing the crazy golf in Eaton park. The guy in the kiosk was really friendly and helpful. It’s a pretty simple set up. All the challenges are created using different terrain heights, rocks and wooden blocks. Even so, its challenging enough while still being a lot of fun. Really reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend going if you’re looking for a little bit of fun on your day off.

Amazing for toddlers!! A warm and friendly welcome, well set up for social distancing with a one-way system, request to touch the interactive buttons with feet or elbows etc. Unlimited crazy golf course play included in entry and feeding the fish (for 20p) plus the sunshine made it a fab full afternoon out for the whole family (2 adults, toddler and infant).

Whether a children's party, corporate team building event or just a family day out, we have everything and more at Pirates Island Adventure Golf.
Great course and lots of fun for everyone that can swing a putter. We arrived just after opening so there was no queue but we did notice more people in line after our game. The balls and putters were cleaned after each game and social distancing was easily achieved around the 18 holes.

As a family we love mini golf and have played it in many locations. We really liked this 18 Hole course, well laid out and in immaculate condition at the moment. The mini Green's are quite undulating, offering an additional level of difficulty. It's £7 for adults and takes about 45 minutes to complete.

Brand new for 2019! 18 hole Adventure crazy golf, a first class course, set in the stunning location of Cromer, Norfolk’s gem. A fantastic game with some challenging holes, great family fun and good value too, with a free game of golf on the score card with another paying person, and 2 other vouchers for more of cromers attractions!
First day of the season and the course was clean and tidy. Lovely girl in the entrance booth was tidying and gardening as we played - so helpful when we asked for recommended places for food too (spot on with her suggestion!) Course is trickier than it seemed at first and really well built. Good concrete base and quality "green" surface with smooth kerbs all around. 18 holes impeccably presented. Well worth the £6.50 per adult.
