The aviation museum covers the full history of military aviation in Czechoslovakia/Czech Republic with a large collection of Czech and Russian aircraft on display. Many of the aircraft are in multiple hangars broken up into categories (WW1 hangar, WW2 hangar etc) and are in immaculate condition . There are also many aircraft on display outside mainly Russian types which could use some restoration work. Photography is allowed, although some hangars are arranged in a way that make it very tight to shoot with aircraft overlapping other aircraft There is a cafe on site for food along with a souvenir store. Getting there by public transport is easy by taking the Red Line Metro to Letnany and then bus (375/376) with a bus stop located at the entrance to the museum.

10-Z is the most highly classified nuclear fallout shelter in Brno from the Communist era to protect the city's and region's representatives. It had been built during the Nazi occupation as a civil defense (Luftschutz) shelter from U.S. and Soviet bombardment of Brno. A total of 600 people could be housed for 3 days. It serves as a cultural space from May 2016. You may visit also its retro bar.
We stayed in the bunker overnight and it was a great and unique experience. We also did the tour and it was really interesting. I definitely recommend.
