With stunning views of the Himalayan peaks (including India's second highest peak, Nanda Devi) and the emerald waters of the Tehri Lake coupled with the cool weather that is present through the year, a perfect base for a holiday does not get any better than this. The close proximity to Haridwar also ensures that getting here is a breeze and once you do get to the lodge the beauty of its surrounding is sure to have you captivated for a long time to come. The lodge is located in pristine surroundings and has a Pine forest all around with distant views of the valleys of Tehri Garhwal.

Nestled amidst green oaks, deodars and a beautiful kidney shaped lake reflecting the green from the densely forested hills that surround it, is an eighteenth century bungalow with outhouses and Tennis court. It has 24 exquisite rooms divided into four categories to match the tastes and preferences of diverse visitors, well equipped with modern amenities and offering an excellent view of the surroundings. All the guest rooms have been meticulously designed overlooking the greenery. The galleries adorn pictures full of history, the furniture stands to tell a story of a gracious lifestyle, not yet gone by..

Over looking the mesmerizing rang of Himalayas in Kausani Uttarakhand, combined with warm hospitality, gracious service, delicious food and spacious room with spectacular Himalayas view. there is no place better then "Sunita Himalayan Paradise" in kausani to spend your holiday in Hills.
We stayed here for 2 nights. The room category was Cottage which is on the lowest floor. The view of the mountains is superb. Food - Since there was a larger group of JAIN we were served JAIN food (some items) on day 1 which was corrected on day 2. Food spread was good & tasty. The staff was very co-operative & welcoming. Room - The rooms very cleaned but needs more attention especially towards the celling's where you can easily spot the spiderwebs.

Pebbles Resort is a boutique resort with 15 Deluxe Cottages & 05 Luxury Swiss Camps located on the banks of River Heval. The resort is spread on 3 Acres of land in a valley between 2 mountain ranges with lot of greenery all around. The resort is suitable for family holidays, family events and functions, fun gathering of friends.
When thought to spend some quality time, far from city’s maddening crowd, I explored few options and encircled for Pebbles resort. As mentioned Pebbles is just 6Km from the Lakshman Juhla, easy to locate and the Courteous staff welcomes you …The Cottages are spacious, well lit and very clean, no spiders or hilly bugs. The resort has beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere both for family and for solo travellers. They have well maintained lawns andalong with kids play area. Mornings welcome you with Tea & snacks from their in-house kitchen. One can spend peaceful time at the Heval River on its backdrop itself along with beautiful flora & fauna. U can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the resort itself with great buffet well spread and superior taste. In da evening, relish Bonfire with tasty snacks from the house itself, just put on your music and have those musical moments with friends/family. Besides the relaxing atmosphere of the villa, they guide you and arrange River rafting, waterfall trek for you. In all, one of the best resort with good staff at your service. Would extend special thanks to Sandeep & Saurabh for making all the arrangements. Looking forward for returining!!

Nayalap in the summers is a whole different feeling. Relax in the shade of the large oak trees. Enjoy some of our delectable fresh juices and cold soups. Take hikes into the forest of to villages. Laze around in the hammock or on your bed. Spend the day in the lounger reading a book. Nayalap, like Kumaon, is perfect for the summers.
If you are looking at a place with all the comforts and as close to nature as it can possible get then don't think further and visit Nayalap. If we were to sum up our stay in one word it would be "blissful". The tents are comfortable, the food is simple homely but delicious ( our kids chose this food over pizza which they can organise during our stay there), the service standards of Chandan, Prem and babloo are nothing less than Taj, we were told yes for everything with a smile and both Tanuja and Anindya are really warm host who have put their heart behind creating this heaven... It reflects in every corner of the property. There are many day activities like treks picnics they can plan which are really good or else even if you were to just venture out of the property in the pine forest it's beautiful. And if you are a dog lover they do have resident dog Romeo and Elsa who literally made our trip even more worthwhile !

Imran is a trained wildlife biologist with topical degrees in wildlife ecology, biology, management & human Interspersion in wildlife conservation. Imran offers a plethora of itineraries for wildlife enthusiasts, birdirs, nature & landscape photographers, which include night stays in the forest rest houses as well as cross country gypsy rides through the pristine forests dotted with Nomadic villages along with their schools and markets.
We stayed at Rangers Lodge for 2 nights. We found the property in a shabby state. 1. Rooms were dirty and grimy – thin layer of dust on the floor & furniture and cobwebs on the ceiling. 2. Bathroom floor & sink had big stains as did the crapper / potty. 3. Shower drain was clogged with hair. 4. Terrace / verandah had not been cleaned for days. 5. Food served was tasty (his wife is a good cook) but quantities were miserly and most dishes served to us were left overs of earlier meals. However, the ultimate shocker were the numerous hidden costs Imran included in our final bill. E.g - at time of booking Imran agreed to accompany us on safaris and made it seem as if he was volunteering, yet at the end he billed us for it. Rightfully, we refused to pay the hidden costs and have made him refund or adjust against advance most of them. He still owes us some money which he's refusing to pay. All in all, a bad experience because what we paid did not justify the facilities or the services that we received. Avoid staying here. But if you want to stay here, then please ensure you ask Imran in advance and before transferring any money to him, for all his applicable costs as well as his terms and conditions, including his cancellation policy. Insist on getting them in writing. Save you from being charged hidden costs later on. We didn’t do this primarily because Imran came highly recommended so we trusted him and also because all our interactions were telephonic, big mistake.

Ekam Lodge welcomes you to Nainital - one of the most beautiful hill station frequently visited by tourists from all over the world. Nainital is a glittering jewel in the Himalayan necklace, blessed with scenic natural splendour and varied natural resources. Newly build "Ekam Lodge" offers rooms of quality design and abundant extravaganza to thoroughly amaze you. The rooms are the most spacious luxury hotel rooms in the town.
Had a neutral experience in Ekam Lodge in Nainital. Though the rooms were as good or even better than hotel's but there's no food option. There a specific time you can order the food or otherwise you have to go out and eat. As per them, as of now due to COVID situation, they have limited staff but I think this should not be the excuse. When you are open, you should make people's stay comfortable. Except this, I enjoyed staying here. FYI, only family room have lake view and no parking, so if someone's planning to book, take into account my above mentioned points as well.
