Reviewed By Rimas MGood, quick check-in and check-out, comfortable room, tasty meal. The hotel is in the quiet street. The restaurant service could be faster, but the meal was tasty and not expensive. I will come again :)

Sweet place in the center of Kiev
Reviewed By Jolana HThis little hotel totaly exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. Their communication before arrival is perfect and nothing is a problem. Rooms are lovely, clean and very comfortable. The girls from the reception are caring and kind, plus there is always some sweets and coffee available at the reception. So if you have a sweet tooth as I do you... :) Hotel is situated in a nice kinda hipster area, just 5 mins walking distance from the Independence Square or Saint Sophia's Church. And the biggest plus is a breakfast in the room! I loved that. Although I know the girls from reception have long shifts, they could be a bit more often at the reception. However, you still have their whatsapp, if you needed anything, so it's not a big problem.

Independence Square is a 20-minute walk away. The classic-style rooms feature a fridge and TV with satellite channels. They are located in the basement, but have full sized windows with a limited view. The private bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Plenty of cafes and restaurants are just a short walk away. Incognito Boutique Hotel is 2 km from Kiev Passazhirskiy Train Station and 36 km from Boryspil Airport. Universytet Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away.

Reviewed By OKS35First of all, there is no sign outside of the building as incognito boutique hotel. The location was perfect. Near to everything. They are using the b1 floor of senator apartments. The room was very very clean, spacious, very well furnished with quality details. Taps and showerheads were Grohe. The closet was Villeroy & Boch. These are hard to see details when it comes to mid-range hotels. I appreciate that. Cons: no sunlight. Rooms are located below zero floors. No ventilation in the bathroom and when someone "uses" it, it is kind of impossible to use after. Except that, perfect.

The hotel is located on the 12th floor in the historical center of Kiev, 50 meters from the National Opera of Ukraine, the Golden Gate. The rooms are decorated in a classic style and equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV and all necessary amenities.

Reviewed By LanaBonLocation is just excellent . It is in very center of city and if you are lucky enough you will get room with wonderful view on National Theater . Staff is quite nice . They have free parking places if you need - just ask the key ! Rooms are not much , but still clean

Номер достаточно просторный и уютный, правда, звукоизоляция практически отсутствует. Всегда слышно, что делает сосед за стенкой. Персонал приветливый: в стоимость входят бесплатный чай/кофе. Самый большой минус - место, где расположен отель. Дорога крайне убитая. Мало общественного транспорта. Многие службы доставки отказываются доставлять еду по адресу Русановские сады. Будьте готовы пользоваться такси.

Неплохое место для остановки
Reviewed By haosovНеплохое место. Везде чисто, есть посуда, кулер с водой, микроволновка. Кровать нормальная. Есть вентилятор (кондиционеры в люксах), телевизор, холодильник, что для условий лета вообще очень круто. Очень тихо. Расположение немного неудачное, но это с лихвой компенсируется сервисом и цена-качеством. На первом этаж есть магазинчик.

Reviewed By MagrusCascaisHad a short stay in this so called hotel and I recommend you to stay away from it. Old furniture, small rooms and they don't clean your room on a daily basis! Service just does not exist. Try to avoid if you can.

NOT SAFE!
Reviewed By Trail823739The first problem: there was a fire in the hotel. When the fire started the stuff haven't told any of their guests including us. We found out about the fire only when the smoke got into our room. When we opened the door and looked for someone in the hallway to ask how big the fire is one of the hotel stuff (electrician) yelled cursing at us to close our room door. So basically they wanted us to sit in our room and breath the smoke without asking any questions. The fire started around noon and we haven't heard a smoke alarm (even though stuff later were saying that the smoke alarm worked). When we asked a girl from the front desk how come they haven't told any of their guests that there is fire in the hotel and why they havent called the fire department right of way, she said she is not allowed to make any decisions there and she doesn't have anything to say. So let's say if it happened in the middle night some of the guests might have died. The second problem: if we wanted our room to be cleaned we had to ask and every time when we asked for the clean towels they questioned how come we want to have clean towels every day.
