Above and Beyond Service
Reviewed By Benjamin GOur school did a class trip to the central jungle and we stayed two nights in Fundo San José. The rooms and lobby terrace are very nice! We ate delicious meals including big fantastic salads and were treated very well by the staff during our stay. We realized the incredible quality of service when one of the students of our trip accidentally left her passport in the room. We called the hotel and within 10 minutes they’d located the passport and had sent a driver to deliver it to us at the airport before we missed our flight! On behalf of our whole group thank you so much for your incredible hospitality!

Mercedes Lodge offers nature and comfort in one place. We are located at 20 min away from San Ramon city, and from here, you could enjoy a 50 min walk to Tirol cascade, 20 min to La Encantada cascade, and 40min walk to the river. We have two pools, one for children and the other for adults that you could use at any time! even at hot nights! We also have a forest plantation of 6 hectares that you could visit to learn about the trees, birdwatching or just to enjoy the view. We are located near the Tulumayo river. Definitly an experience worth to try!

They also grow local fruits and vegetables on the grounds! It’s perfect for escaping the chaos of big cities like Lima. The owners are really lovely people and will make you feel welcome. I highly recommend Mercedes Lodge!

One Night is okay
Reviewed By Marco ZU Get what u pay 4. The room was clean , the bed was comfy. The staff incompetent, temporary not available. The shower was good but it took a long time til hot water came. No table just a chair . No real windows in the single rooms.

Best value in town
Reviewed By georgemI1421ETI have stayed here several times and it is by far the best place to stay in town. Many rooms that you will find in La Merced either are over priced (S200) or are reasonably priced but are very small or have poor circulation (a window that opens into the wall of the building next to you). Out of the five hotels that I have seen in the city, this by far the best room and value.

Reviewed By Luciana JViajé con mi novio y mi hermana, nos quedamos 5 días y, si bien el edificio queda a 10 minutos aprox del centro, lo vale completamente. Los cuartos son amplios, los señores que atienden son súper amables y siempre logran ayudarte en lo que necesites. No es de lujo, pero definitivamente volvería. Buen precio, comodidad y buen ambiente.

Reviewed By Rusty RAverage room, average bed, water flow intermittent. In a quiet area though so that's a bonus. Despite advertising that visa is accepted, they only accept cash. Also, expect to pay a tax/ other surprise surcharge on whatever the advertised price per night is.

Reviewed By Cristian DEl hotel está al lado del río que no recuerdo el nombre, pero es tan tranquilo, me gustó en lo absoluto, si vuelvo a San Ramón volvería a rupa rupa. Está cerca al pueblo también y cerca a la catarata el tirol una moto cobran 2 soles por persona para llevarte a la catarata. desde ahí pude trasladarme a la Merced sin problemas y conocer distintos puntos de Chanchamayo. ?
