The Biblioteca Narbal Fontes is a public library located in the Santana neighborhood, one of the oldest in the North Zone of the city of São Paulo, Brazil. It was created in 1951, but its inauguration was only made in 1954 from Law No. 3,853 (proclaimed on March 18, 1850), which provides for the installation of Children's Libraries in various districts and sub-districts of the capital, signed by then Mayor Lineu Prestes. One of these libraries was the famous Santana Library.
