Wine Tasting for everyone! Fun, informal and informative Wine Tastings and Courses in Lancaster, Lytham and Preston and throughout Lancashire. Private wine tasting events for birthdays, hen nights etc and business groups (client entertainment, team building etc).
Have been joining Colin from the Lancashire Wine School on almost every Friday evening during lockdown for a very enjoyable zoom wine tasting. We have been round the world with our style and grapes and what a fantastic, knowledgeable host Colin has been. Everyone on the zoom has said what a wonderful way to enjoy a Friday evening, tasting wine, learning something new but more importantly, having a good time. We are certainly going to continue

Humblescough Farm is a family farm, situated in the Lancashire countryside with beautiful views of the Bowland Fells. We keep sheep, hens and a characterful collection of ducks! Our Caravan Site welcomes caravans, motor homes and camper vans. It is a perfect hideaway for an escape to the countryside. We also offer Forest Farm Activities for Schools, Family and Corporate Woodland Activity Days as well as Woodland Birthday Parties for children and adults.
Superb. There is little to add that the other reviews have not already covered. Humblescough Farm is everything we wanted in a camp site, quiet, clean, well appointed beautifully maintained grounds and toilets/shower block with lovely hosts in Dianna and Rob. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and will certainly be back soon.

‘The Bee Centre’ is a multi-award-winning, centre of excellence for bee-related education, breeding and husbandry. We provide general education and awareness regarding honeybees and beekeeping. We also deliver our award-winning 'Bee Experience', attracting visitors from around the world. We run beekeeping courses ranging from beginner to advanced levels. These practical, hands-on courses are well respected, professionally run and receive excellent feedback. ‘The Bee Centre’ is also the regional training hub for beekeepers and bee farmers wishing to gain professional qualifications through the Bee Farmers’ Association.
The whole experience was fantastic, well thought out and informative. Both my husband and little girl who is 4 were totally captivated by Kath and her knowledge and passion about bees, Plus the honey tasting at the end was perfect. I can't wait to visit the new site and see how this business grows and educates of the importance of bees. Brilliant, thanks ????

Fantastic value for money. The staff are helpful and the cakes are just delicious. Lots of pottery items to choose from to paint, which look super after glazing. Great day out for all ages (granny aged 60 and youngest aged 5). We’ll definitely be back.
