The largest city in Switzerland is a major contemporary art and shopping destination. Important artworks are displayed in the Kunsthaus and the Rietberg Museum, while those who consider shopping an art can hone their skills along Bahnhofstrasse and Niederdorf. Chagall's stained glass windows in the Fraumunster amaze and Zurich's 500 clubs and bars, including several in swimming pools, pulse with life 'til the early hours. This city on Lake Zurich has excellent public transit and a free bike rental system.

The historical Hotel Schweizerhof is located opposite Zurich main station and is the ideal starting point for visiting the city by the banks of river Limmat. The famous pedestrian shopping street "Bahnhofstrasse" with its exclusive shops are just a stone's throw away from the hotel’s doorstep. Zurich's up-and-coming neighbourhood "Europaallee", the classic financial district by "Paradeplatz" and Zurich’s sightseeing spots are all within steps of the hotel.
Regular customer, I am really happy with this hotel. The staff are super friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated several years ago and have everything one could need, international electricity sockets, not just Swiss ones, nice bathroom amenities and above all super comfortable beds and very quiet rooms. I can't wait to go back, thank you very much!

Our owner-managed hotel is ideally located in the middle of Zurich's Old Town - at just 5 minutes walking distance from the Central Railway Station.Virtually everything of interest is within short walking distance. Not just only Zurich's well-known landmarks but also the business quarters with the banks and shops, the high-end shopping district «Bahnhofstrasse», the university quarters, amongst them the ETH «Federal Institute of Technology», the car-free lake- and riverside promenades and many Cafés, bars and restaurants.
Good location a block from the river and tram stops; not a far walk from main train station. On a pedestrian only street that can get a bit noisy. breakfast was nice. few treats in the minibar were included two twin bed room was tight but fine for 2 nights

Humongous hotel, yet the staff made you feel as though you were family and at home. Staff were impeccably professional and accessible at all times while we were there. Alex was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable of everything we needed assistance for.

Enjoy a good night's sleep at the charming Hotel Adler Zürich, a unique three-star-superior hotel, in the middle of Zurich's old town and savour Swiss specialities at the famous Swiss Chuchi Restaurant.
This caters mostly to tourists, but does so with charm and class. The rooms are modern, but housed in a historic building. I loved the murals that cover the walls over the bed. OK, not the most super luxurious accommodations, but does that really matter? No chain motel feel here and the staff were lovely. ( Thank you, Anya). The fondue restaurant in the building is a winner. Kudos to server Karol from Hungary. This hotel left me with a good impression of Zurich.

Inspired by the contrasts between banking and the red-light district, between art and capitalism, the designer Werner Aisslinger and his team have created a self-contained microcosm in the direct vicinity of Zurich Central Station: the 25hours Hotel Langstrasse. The legendary Langstrasse is a melting pot of cultures and lifestyles. Regularly changing resident artists work in and on the hotel, ensuring a steady flow of creative input. At the heart of the hotel is the Molcho family’s NENI restaurant with its eclectic brand of eastern Mediterranean cuisine. The Cinchona Bar upholds the tradition of day drinking – with highballs & music and a wide selection of fortified wines. 170 rooms • Mini-bar • Safe • UE Boom Bluetooth speaker • Free WiFi throughout the building • Free MINI rental • Free Schindelhauer bikes • NENI Restaurant • Cinchona Bar • 1 function room • Pawn shop • Audio Tape Lounge • Gambling & Business corner • Jogging corner • Sauna & gym • Kein&Aber kiosk •
Zurich is a beautiful city, with lots of hotel offerings. To make your choice a little easier, I would always go for 25H Langstrasse. This is a well-known concept with multiple locations in Europe. Trendy, atmospheric, hip, stylish, great atmosphere. The restaurant is more than good, breakfast as it should be. The most important thing: the staff. Smooth, friendly, helpful, humor, always with a smile. This hotel feels much more relaxed than the more formal hotels in Zurich. Oh yes, I organized an event there, the facilities are really top notch!

Housekeeping did not replace used items: water glass, coffee mug, coffee pods, wash cloth. They did respond quickly when I called about these items. My key fob stopped working and rather than replacing it, the staff accompanied me up to my room and opened the door. Thought that was odd.

The Storchen Zürich is a traditional first class establishment with 64 stylishly elegant rooms and suites in the heart of the old city. Whether at the reception, at the Conciergerie, in the Rôtisserie or on the Terrasse, in the classical Storchen Bar, in our trendy Barchetta, in the Boulevard Café or even in our elegant hotel lobby, our long tradition of hospitality, together with our warm and personal service, can be enjoyed throughout the hotel.
Our checking in experience was pleasant but what happened the second day of our stay was a nightmare. Room service personal forced their way into our room despite the visible red light outside the door. You think that was bad? Absolutely not, what happened next was the worst we have ever experienced in any hotel we have ever stayed in. While we were checking out on our last day (6th day) the manager asked about our stay, so we thought this is the right time to tell them what happened. To our amazement, the response was dumbfounded. Basically he started making excuses for the hotel attendant instead of simply say ( we are sorry that this happened). Never again we would stay in such a hotel.

The Hotel Restaurant Helvetia - the name says it all! Nestled in the heart of Zurich, in one of the most elegant buildings in the city centre, our hotel offers its guests authentic Swiss-style hospitality. Our boutique hotel with its 35 charming rooms and two luxury business apartments in the attic floor is a real jewel nestled in the heart of the city. With a great love for detail, classic art nouveau elements have been combined with a modern interior to create a unique living ambiance. The family-run and individual Helvetia hotel offers a home from home in a globalised world to busy business travellers, city explorers and Zurich lovers alike. The hotel interior was designed by the renowned Zurich interior designers Atelier Zurich as well by Leopold Weinberg and Nele Dechmann.
Amazing hotel in the centre of Zurich! The hotel has a great charm with the combination of the 'old' outside building and the new, modern interior. The staff is very helpful and attentive, the room was large and super clean, there are two 'public' rooms/options on the ground floor where you can work (incl. free coffee and tea), there is even a little terrace at the back of the hotel overlooking the river 'Sihl' - you feel like being in a secluded little 'paradise' in the middle of a busy city! Also, there is a restaurant inside the hotel serving great meals - lunch, dinner as well as breakfast. I will definitely consider staying at Boutique Hotel Helvetia Zurich again.

The Placid Hotel Design & Lifestyle Zurich: perfect for cosmopolites, business travellers and leisure seekers. A hub for countless threads that converge and separate again. Urban lifestyle, modern design, authentic encounters. Though deeply rooted in the Altstetten quarter, it is still open to the world.
I have chosen the Placid Hotel Design & Lifestyle Zurich because of the design and that was ok. Then the car park is expensive and you can't park anywhere nearby. People at the reception are not helpful and have no good attitude. They don't help with the luggage as well. The room was cold and even if it supposes to be a business hotel, you can't share the room with a colleague, the shower is with glass in front of the bed. My booking was prepaid including tax, but we checked in they asked me to pay the city tax. In the morning I showed my booking and asked for a refund of the tax, but they didn't do it and said to my wife that they will send me an email and refund on the credit card. Anything happens so far! I'LL NOT STOP HERE AGAIN!!!

Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle is conveniently located in walking distance from Zurich Airport within the brand new Circle destination. The hotel features 255 well-appointed and spacious guestrooms in a Swiss-inspired design and floor-to-ceiling windows providing an abundance of natural daylight. The hotel provides direct access to The Circle Convention Center with over 2,800 sqm of flexible event space. Discover 80,000 square meters of greenery at the doorstep of the hotel, perfectly suited for a stroll, your daily workout routine or to enjoy a picnic.
Stayed 8 nights at this Hyatt Regency in the Zurich Airport due to meeting in the Circle offices right next to the airport and thing might have been the best airport hotel ever stayed in. Literally walk outside the very nice Zurich airport and walk about 10 mins to the Hyatt Regency. That simple. Signs for the Circle and the Hyatt Regency easily marked (yes also a Hyatt House at the Circle). And just a short 5 min walk from the Hyatt Regency to our offices in the Circle for work commitments every day. Easy access to Zurich city center via the Tram (takes 45 mins-sh) but better to take the train which runs every 10-15 minutes and about 15 mins to Zurich main train station. Rooms were very spacious and property overall is new. Fabulous shower. Incredibly friendly staff. Breakfast included in rate but not worth it you had to pay separate. Very wide selection of options for breakfast with made - to - order eggs , waffles, etc but maybe not worth the high price. Enjoyed the delightful Italian place right next to the Hyatt twice. Access to lots of food options at the airport for quick meals and snacks, etc and chocolate shops. Best part was the outside park where you can get some morning exercise and fresh air.
