Welcome to the Kelly Inn West Yellowstone, one of the most popular pet-friendly hotels in West Yellowstone. The Kelly Inn West Yellowstone is the closest hotel to the entrance of West Yellowstone, located directly across the street from the IMAX Theater and the Grizzly Wolf Discovery Center, two of the most visited attractions in West Yellowstone. The facility has 24-hour On-Site Management and features a large outdoor patio with gas fire pit, and picnic tables with a charcoal grillAmazing adventures, family-friendly and pet-friendly accommodation, and spectacular scenery await at The Kelly Inn West Yellowstone.
We stayed at Kelly Inn for three nights in the latter part of May, 2022. The staff are polite and attentive and the rooms are super clean. The breakfast is amazing and really fills you up to start a day in the park. The only negatives that we noticed were noisy people above us and a bathtub shower that felt like it was sloped downhill, much like showering in a boat. I would suggest getting a room on the top floor to avoid those clomping sounds and check out the shower beforehand. All-in-all our stay was nice and the location to the park entrance couldn't be better.

The LARK is a boutique and pet-friendly hotel located in the heart of downtown Bozeman. Our team of recreation-lovers, local experts, and foodies can't wait to share their knowledge, enthusiasm, and suggestions as your area guides. And while we hope you'll be spending plenty of time exploring outside the hotel, The LARK has been thoughtfully designed to provide a distinctly Bozeman feel inside. From oversized sitting areas, to our outdoor wood-burning fireplace, to the local artwork thoughtfully created for each guestroom, our intention is to help you experience the best of Bozeman, Montana. Paid valet parking is available. No onsite self-parking is available (please contact hotel in advance for oversized vehicles).
Well here are the good; Clean, good bed and pillows, good shower, good coffee and tea in the lobby. Issues and problems; no drawers, no closet (hangers on a rack, very hard to use) , hard carpet tiles, bad lighting, 2 plastic chairs (emes style but very uncomfortable) couch that faces nothing (TV is around a corner) fan in bath never shuts off, no mini fridge, no in room coffee, stained leather pad on shelf/desk, no outlet for charger on one side of the bed. We paid over$400 a night? Not much they can do about the Saturday 7AM garbage truck banging into the building but be aware that this did happen. I gave them an average only because the staff was great. Really exceptional, friendly, prompt, careful, available and fun. But the place is poorly furnished and equipped. Minimalist? I guess, good? Not for me.

We offer stand-alone cabins, guestrooms, and luxury suites; as well as many amenities including: complimentary breakfast, heated outdoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, full service spa on site, gym, seasonal fishing, seasonal fire pits, lounge & seasonal patio featuring modern American cuisine, wine cellar, seasonal room service, double pillowtop mattresses, fine linens, complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access, 24 hour concierge, bellman service, complimentary winter ski shuttles To & From Teton Village, downtown courtesy car (based on availability from 7:15am until 10:45pm).
Things I like: Very scenic property with the creek, the paths, the multiple places to sit on the property, the cabins themselves, walking distance to downtown Jackson Hole, rainforest shower, great pool (with warm water), hot tub, and sauna. We'll definitely stay here again if we're in the area. Rent a bike on site if you have the time and bike into Grand Teton National Park with the path that goes right by the hotel (on the other side of the street). You can bike 40 miles or more into the park - it's all paved and it's all flat, and it's very scenic. Things I'd like to see improved Hot water in the showers, a bathtub vs. shower only, better lighting in the fitness room so that you can read a magazine while working out The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection but I didn't think the quality of the food was top notch.

The Lodge at Jackson Hole has a great location near (but not in) the main downtown area with all the tourist shops. Although the hotel could use a facelift, the rooms were not bad. The staff were friendly and helpful - even the very overworked bartender/server and breakfast staff. Their service was great. The front desk staff were great too. Our biggest complaint is the lack of decent lighting in the rooms.

Large room with kitchen area. Great parking with close elevator. Best part was the staff. Nathan was exceptionally helpful! The long line to get into the park was daunting but would return to same hotel. The location is within walking distance to downtown! Comfortable hotel!

These cabins are wonderful. We traveled with a dog and having the front porch, kitchenette, the shower, and the spacious cabin were excellent. Gray Wolf Lodge manages them and the desk personnel were just about the worst you could imagine. Slow, uninterested in helping, unable to multitask. I was at the desk 3 times during our stay and each time 2-3 desk clerks could only help one persons at a time. The cabin Wifi was not available - they didn't care.. The phone in the cabin could not reach the front desk - they didn't care. Overall, I highly recommend these cabins - just not the Gray Wolf staff.

Upon arrival, the hotel’s massive white columns welcome you to a time of classic, yet casual elegance. The historic Lake Yellowstone Hotel completed extensive interior renovations in June, 2014, restoring it to its Colonial Revival heritage. The hotel was also awarded Green Seal Lodging Certification for sustainable operations and was recently designated a National Historic Landmark in 2015. The multi-million dollar project included all guest rooms, dining room, bar and public spaces and a redesigned deli. Lake Yellowstone Hotel offers wired internet service and a business center.
We rented a suite from May 13 (the season opening day) through May 18. For over $800 per night you get a large but otherwise unimpressive room. Everything just seemed to be dated. One reason for my choice of a suite was for sound isolation. Every other hotel orients their suites so that the bedroom is separated from the hallway. At the Lake Yellowstone, the bedroom has a hallway door. Brilliant. Although the hallway noise was not bad, it should have been non-existent. The hotel has no wi-fi. Yes, I know one should focus on nature in a National Park -- and we did. Yet there was no way to check Park attractions, check flights or transportation, etc. We have Mint mobile (which uses T-mobile towers). No cell or internet (hotspot) service. Verizon and AT&T does have varying service. I was able to hotspot off my friends' cellphone. The lack of hotel wi-fi is really an unforgivable oversight. Housekeeping is incredibly substandard. They say that housekeeping will only come by every 3 days. Actually, it's worse than that. We stayed 5 days and they came by on day 4. Need I remind you that this is a $800 per night room? The associated services throughout the Park are also run by Xanterra. How they got this franchise for the entirety of Yellowstone Park (and apparently all other National Parks) is beyond my comprehension -- as most general stores, restaurants, and other businesses were not open because they reportedly did not hire sufficient staff. While the staff at the Hotel was excellent (except for nearly non-existent housekeeping), Hotel management and upper management at Xanterra are obviously deficient.
