Our room was massive and well presented. Good coffee machine, loads of wardrobe space, generous with the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was great, the staff were all efficient and friendly. Spa was fab with really friendly staff. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the poolside restaurant - we only visited once and the service was bad. The gentleman who was taking orders never wrote down which table the orders were for so food was bouncing all around the diners. It was pretty chaotic, but I guess they had a staff shortage and maybe this guy stepped in to help. We only got 2 of the 3 things we ordered, but we also were not charged at all, so that was nice (or maybe he forgot to write the room number down). All in all, we had a lovely time and would be happy to return.

The wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean to be enjoyed from our delightful hotel are an invitation to rest and relaxation on Lanzarote, although we also have a modern Thalasso& SPA Centre providing an active pool, Roman Baths and beauty and thalasso treatments, a new concept in spas to restore mind and body.
Really enjoyable week through Jet2 (also a great experience) on AI. Little to fault the hotel. Excellent food, huge choice. Spacious grounds and public areas, very clean throughout. Plenty of sun worship space with several pool areas. Personally we prefer a smaller hotel but plenty of space everywhere on our visit. Premium Seaview rooms probably best. This is repeatable for us. Might even try direct booking.

We spent 5 days at Casa Hilario. We had a beautiful stay there and we can only recommend it. It’s quiet, peaceful, relaxing and calming. The view over the fields and the villages with their white houses is so nice. The rooms have individual design, the bed is huge and the bathroom is very cool. It’s a mix between modern and traditional architecture. The plants and trees around the house are all very pretty. We enjoyed a lot spending the afternoon in the shadow of the trees in the courtyard or eat breakfast on the terrace.

Knew we were going to arrive early due to flights so took the bus from the airport which passes through Puerto Carmen on the way to Puerto Calero. Our bags were looked after while we took a first look at the Marina. A pleasant surprise after the sight of Carmen. We were given Villa 1 which is a three bed on the corner plot. Every room has an entrance onto the terrace pool area. All the beds are large and memory foam type mattresses. We wanted a quiet private place to call home for a week and that is what we got. I had done the research so knew it is part of a small complex but this does not detract from the private feel. The pool water is checked every two days and the towels changed in the middle of your stay. The restaurants on the marina cater for all tastes and represent decent value. The walk back up to the accommodation is hard work though - do not try this unless able bodied. Due to the pink dust in the area your swimming costumes will stain when you swim - the water in the pool only feels cold the first time you go in - jump in and brave the chill - it's fun. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you have a hire car or if not get a taxi to Lidl - the staff there will call you one for the journey back - get your supplies for the week, daytime snacks and drinks but use the restaurants at night

This complex is situated at 300m from the beach in Playa Blanca near the famous Papagayo Beach. It offers 46 apartments of 1 and 2 bedrooms, 24h reception, money exchange, heated separate adults and childrens pools, exterior jacuzzi and free parking. The complex shares the services of reception and restaurants with The Iberostar La Bocayna (restuarante à la carte with local and international cuisine and the pool bar), there is also another restaurante à la carte (internation cuisine) in front of the complex which was renovated in 2009.
Hotel is closed. Do not book here. I don’t understand why they are still taking bookings. Pool is open. Lifeguard was sat supping cans. Brilliant. No reception No electrics No bar No snacks Changed hotel after arrival to a villa at rubicon marina booked through on the beach no issue in changing for obvious reasons

Stumbled across Finca de las Salinas whilst travelling around Lanzarote and in desperate need of a bed to sleep in. We arrived during Siesta time and despite waking the manager up he was friendly, helpful and informative. The hotel has a lovely rustic charm and we were made to feel very welcome and relaxed. The rooms surround the pool with an outside seating area and were kept clean. The nicest thing for me about the hotel was the lack of traditional hotel rules, we were allowed to check out late on departure day and encouraged to use communal areas in the evenings. We stayed for 2 nights and made full use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and games room. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, rural get away.
