I have stayed at the Best Western Airport Inn for more than 6+ years whenever we visit with my daughter who attends URI as well as many festive holiday celebrations, It’s always a pleasant surprise upon arrival being a hotel developer myself, I find the property to be in a great location on 2138 Post Road, Warwick Rhode Island and conveniently located to many shopping venues and great restaurants all within a 10 minute drive. Once inside the hotel, you would feel more at home rather than a typical Best Western with a friendly staff, comfortable lobby and clean fitness center. The staff and attendants were outstanding and very accommodating. The suites were large, very comfortable King bed, clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty assortment of breakfast treats to satisfied most travelers. I especially thank the owner and the Front Office staff whom I had the pleasure of meeting who were gracious, went out of their way to insure we had a great experience. This is a comfortable hotel, great value with friendly and fantastic service, cleanliness of the property and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended this Best Western Airport Inn property to my family and friends for a wonderful hospitality experience. My family went to see my sister in law graduate from OCS. The four rooms I rented were all very nice and the service was great. Breakfast in the morning was on par for other establishments of this type.

Upon check in tried to charge me more for 2nd night than on initial reservation. Room was filthy with a huge hair ball in middle of room, no working room phone nor internet & toilet seat off of toilet. Hallway carpets dirty and stained & hallways smell stale & bags of trash set outside rooms in halls. Changed room & spigot never shut off after showering. Man tried to fix but never did. After returning from rehearsal dinner, water still running and room like a hot, wet, sauna. Nobody ever called to tell us problem not fixed. No manager ever on duty to speak to & have since left 3 message & never a call back. Only offered to switch rooms again so we left hotel at 10:30 PM. Manager is incompetent, unprofessional, negligent & unqualified. Makes his employees cover for his absence and never resolves issues. This was worse than terrible!

Perfectly lovely hotel but we were disappointed to find out when we checked in, they had terminated their airport shuttle service. It is a very long walk through the skyway to the airport from this hotel. If you were traveling early morning there are very few rideshare chances.

Very disappointed with my stay at NYLO. The rooms vaguely smelled of cigarettes our entire stay. The AC did not work properly until our last night, even after several calls to the front desk and a visit by maintenance. Patio was lovely. For the price, the quality of the room and accommodations was a poor value.

We are just 10 miles from historic downtown Providence, Rhode Island, 30 miles from Newport, 45 miles from Foxwood's Casino and 60 miles from Boston. We are minutes away from many fine restaurants, some of which are within walking distance, such as Tavolo Wine Bar and Tuscan Grille, Chelo's and Bertrucci's. Our Warwick/Providence Hampton Inn and Suites features 173 guest rooms and suites. All rooms are equipped with mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, phone with voicemail and data ports, WiFi access and 41-inch LCD cable TV with complimentary movie channel. Sure to please the busy executive or leisure Rhode Island traveler, Warwick Hampton Inn and Suites hotel guests will enjoy complimentary On the House hot breakfast buffet served daily. Our lobby bar serves cocktails, beer and wine most evenings until 10pm.
The only good thing we can say about this Hampton Inn is the staff and breakfast. Otherwise, it gives Hampton Inn a very bad image. The facility is essentially filthy from top to bottom. Everything is sticky, put something down, the furniture, walls, bathroom, everything is sticky. The facility should be closed down and a commercial cleaning crew needs to totally clean and disinfect. It was Graduation and there were no facilities anywhere that we could go to. We booked months ago, Hilton Honors and we arrived on a Thursday, paid for Wednesday a total of 5 days, stuck in Chicago. They put us in a room on 1st floor with a view of a brick wall. The phone didn’t work, nor the TV remote. The shower filled up with who knows what from every person before us. Immediately a foot of water, standing in filth. With Covid, did not want them in our room. Housekeeping if they cleaned the shower would have seen this. We booked a room for the next week and obviously canceled it and stayed at another clean hotel near the airport. Stay away from this bacterial Petri Dish! I wish I had read the reviews months ago, before son reserved it!

I reserved a King suite, 1 sofa bed room several months in advance. When I arrived and checked in, the front desk gave me a room key and directed me to my room. Once I got to the room, I immediately called the front desk and told them this was not the room type I reserved and that it was a regular room and definitely not a suite. The front desk person initially told me that it was a suite as if I have no intelligence. Then she changed her story and said no suites were available and that she would refund me $50. I said that’s not acceptable and asked for a supervisor. Supervisor gets on the phone and says there’s nothing she can do and that there’s no suites available even though I reserved it several months ago. She then says it’s not their fault that it’s Corporate’s fault for booking too many people and that they didn’t give my room away. She then offered to deduct one night stay from my bill. Poor customer experience. I will never book at this hotel again and will warn as many people as I can to avoid this place.

It’s been a busy business trip but these two make you feel relaxed and were very accommodative. As a Marriot member I’ve been to many top-rated stays and this was by far the best service. Thank you for making a work schedule more enjoyable!
