Our new hotel has 215 rooms, a restaurant and bar with outdoor seating, as well as stylish and flexible meeting facilities. With its central location right next to the train station and gondola, and being the largest hotel in town, Scandic Voss is a natural meeting point for both tourists and locals. HAIK Grill&bar will serve a la carte menu every day.
Located in the middle of town with easy access whether you arrive by car or train. Friendly and professional staff. Standard rooms are quite small, but furnished in a way that provides you with everything you need for a simple overnight stay. Free wifi and easy connection to TV by Chromecast is a huge plus. Nice breakfast. The fried eggs were a bit rubbery, but I guess thats on me for getting out of bed too late.

Great location, ok rooms and a simply fantastic breakfast buffet make this a value for money choice in Voss. The all-organic breakfast made our day, with many vegetables and fruits from the nearby farm, and bread from the local bakery. Tip: ask for lake view if available.

You will find the Park Hotel located centrally in Voss, close to Vangsvatnet. With our recognized kitchen and the biggest and best wine cellar in Northern Europe. We wish you cordially welcome to a pleasant stay!
Incredible dated interior and food that didn’t match the amazing wine cellar. There is no reason to stay at this hotel even though the location is good. The bathrooms in the room are tiny, the breakfast buffet was never refilled and when we asked for something in Norwegian the staff didn’t understand. The only redeeming feature this hotel offer is the amazing wine cellar and the very knowledgeable and charming somilier.

We stayed here in July 2021 for two nights (group of 9 including children split into two cabins). The location is about 5 minutes walk from the Tvinno bus stop. There is very limited bus connectivity to this place, so you need to plan your travel accordingly if you are using public transport like us. The bathroom and toilets are outside and in common area. You need to carry 10 Krone coins to use the shower where the water will come for 4 minutes, which was sufficient for most of us. There is no charge to use the toilet if you have already paid for the cabin or camping. (They provide you a code to unlock the toilet door.) There is a small shop which is also the reception. You can get some fast food items and something hot to drink (e.g. coffee) along with option to buy soviniers. This is also the place where you can make the room payments (if booking via booking.com). This is also where you can ask for the free WiFi password (the signal is not good near the reception, but better at the actual cabins (speeds around 5 Mbps when it works). The mobile signal is also OK though not as strong as in big cities. The main attraction is the private waterfall which is accessible from this property. It is possible to just climb up the stones and get very close to the waterfall. It gets colder at night and there are some mosquitos as well though not too many for such a location. It is also possible to pitch a tent there or bring your caravan there. Check the website for rates.

A the top of the magnificent Raundalsriver, as the northern-western portal to Hardangervidda, you find Mjølfjell Ungdomsherberge. A cosy boutique hotel located only a hike away from both Ulvik & Hardangerfjorden or the picturesque Nerøyfjorden with its Flam. With a big fireplace, local food delicacies, swimming pool and sauna, its a playground all aro! Great beds, pizzabakery, freshly roasted coffee every day.
I had a very pleasant stay at Mjølfjell, beautiful located by a powerful river. Very friendly staff. Lovely homemade food, also tasty vegetarian. Expect the standard of a former youth hostel, simple rooms, some with shared bathroom. The atmosphere however is very nice and relaxed, with a fireplace, nice common areas, outdoor terrace etc. If you plan to take the train, use a backpack or bag that can be carried on your back, it is a short, but steep trail down to the hotel.

We stayed in an appartment next to slope 6. They are very convenient, and have all amenities. Strange thing is that at reception it was raining, whilst 100m up where the appartments are there was snow. Renting ski equipment is near the chair lift, about 200m from reception. It is not cheap though, about 400nok rent and 450nok skimpass.

The location is great, specially for winter when you can ski in and out which I love. It has a nice atmosphere and good service. Free breakfast included with lots of options, and you pay by room which is good for families.

Stoppet her for og spise middag. Spiste en riktig så god biff chop suey . Veldig god mat så her kommer vi gjerne igjen. Flott gammel spisestue, flotte omgivelser og et hotell som har fått et stort oppussings løft siden sist vi var her.

Between fjords and peaks Fleischer’s is conveniently located. Just 90 km from Bergen and a short drive from the beautiful landscape surrounding Hardanger- and Sognefjord. We have hosted princes, princesses, emperors, kings and queens. They all came to experience the atmosphere of noble, Continental habits. At Fleischer’s you can enjoy culinary contemporary meals in a classical setting. The hotel history dates back to 1864 and is currently operated by the fifth generation Fleischer. The legacy of proud traditions and superb hospitality in combination with contemporary facilities will make your stay memorable. Voss is rich in culture and tradition, but is also known for its pristine landscape. A splendid place for outdoor activities all year. Fleischer's offer 110 hotel rooms, 30 apartments, two restaurants, Fredrik's Bar and a wellness area with swimming pool. Located in the town of Voss, at the Railway station, with easy acess from east and west and Voss Gondol just next door.
Room is dirty and not cleaned well. Much trouble with the reseption. Employees are angry and provide poor service. rely on staff in resturant and bar, long wait for drinks and food. Only served beer and wine beacuse drinks take too long time to make. a hotel with charm and history is ruined by poor service, understaffing and nasty rooms NOT RECOMMENDED!!
