Reviewed By nclark244618Straight forward hotel. Quite new. Clean and tidy. Helpful staff. We would go back. A good distance from central Paris but smart new trams go from near the hotel to a train station. One train takes you to the Eiffel Tower. Trains and trams run every few minutes.

Reviewed By InogsusVery clean, safe atmosphere. Hard to believe how nice the workers are here. Especially the receptionist. There is almost a family vibe to this place. Internet is excellent. No drops and fast. Place to cook, great little frig, stove, microwave. A bit small, but for the price to be expected. An excellent grocery/department store/mall is a few hundred meters away. Bed was not great, but I am spoiled. Will stay here real soon and every time I am in Paris, which because of this place will be often.

Excellent staff, could improve on facilities
Reviewed By JollyTravelerCyprusI can safely say that I do not plan to book this hotel in the future unless I absolutely have to. The staff was excellent and very professional, no complains there, but the facilities and breakfast options were severely lacking. The doors in the room were not were insulated, allowing a draft in, and combined with an air-conditioning unit that wasn't really heating the room, resulted in sleeping in uncomfortably cold room. The whole place had on top a "tired" air, like facilities that could use a touch up, maybe some paint, maybe a change of carpet. The breakfast was of good quality, but really really poor in choices. When it's included I find it a pleasant start of the day away from home, and this time I can say I was disappointed. For some reason, there were no kind of eggs, and the cold meats were served as individual slices in covered plates. This gave bonus points on cleanliness, but took away an equal amount in terms of enjoyment. None of this would be an issue if other hotels in the area didn't have comparable prices with better offerings, however in this case, I will not be choosing this hotel for future stays in the area.

Reviewed By TeufTeuf06L'appartement avait la moquette sale, la vaisselle était collante, le lave vaisselle pas totalement vidé, beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles (pieds de table, et chaises, télé), il manquait de la vaisselle, appartement mal insonorisé : on entend le voisin qui met la télé, les talons de la personne de l'accueil, les fêtes étudiantes de la résidence étudiante voisine. On avait l'appartement en rez de jardin, sous le rez de chaussée . Un volet roulant aurait pu être installé pour plus de sécurité à ce niveau. l'aspirateur était plein, avec du moisi la résidence est pourtant assez neuve accueil correct sans plus on a signalé une ampoule grillée qui a été changée dans la journée: merci à l'agent de maintenance

Reviewed By Ken WWe paid around £70 room only for this hotel on the outskirts of Paris, reachable by tram and then either RER or Metro. The room was excellently appointed with a fridge, microwave and sink, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had a great shower. Free parking right outside or in their garage below. Only slight drawback was 18 euros for a continental breakfast, way too much, even near Paris

It's just OK.
Reviewed By I4223DVlauracWe stayed for one night and all o can day is it was ok. We got to sleep and change before continuing our journey. The rooms are dated and very, very small. We booked a room for three. For the price I wasn't expecting much but I was surprised at just how small the room is. There is literally no where to put luggage and I ended up storing it in the shower. Only one side of the bed has a shelf, the other doesn't so it complicated to even set a drink or charge a mobile. My daughter slept in a bunk bed over the double bed, which she had to make herself. There was a badly fitted shelf next to the ladder which fell on her when she climbed the ladder. Someone had attached it to the wall with glue and kitchen paper, it luckily fell on her leg and not her head. Small towels are provided and I decided to shower at home as it just seemed too difficult there due to lack of space and a towel.The room was also very very warm, we slept with the window open even in January and temps of zero outside. We still did not sleep well due to the heat, even though I turned the heating down as much as I could in the room. I wasn't looking for anything amazing but honestly, we won't book with this chain again.

From having to argue with the 'welcome' staff to avoid paying twice - imagine that - to staying in filthy, poorly kept and utterly dismal rooms. Truly terrible. I would heartily recommend staying elsewhere. Anywhere.
