Reviewed By AshybombashyWie so viele der Ortschaften auf La Gomera, die nicht direkt am Meer liegen, ist Vallehermoso ziemlich leer, was schade ist, da die Ortschaft einige schöne Häuser zu bieten hätte. Gott sei Dank wird dort momentan einiges restaurariert. Das Hostel ist eines der Beispiele dafür, wie es gehen kann. Wir hatten das antike Doppelzimmer, dass man so eher in einem hochpreisigen B&B erwarten würde, inklusive Frühstück zu einem läppischen Preis. Gerade für zwei Wanderer, die nicht mit Fremden in Etagenbetten schlafen wollen, eine sehr preiswerte Alternative! Das Hostel war sehr sauber und das Personal äußerst freundlich.

Reviewed By AndreaDauI had the goat cheese plate and it was excellent! I wish I had ordered also other things because I enjoyed my meal so much, I should have also tried other items. Very chilled experience in beautiful surroundings.

Beware of over booking
Reviewed By Finedine60Disgusting turned up after an hour's drive from the port in a taxi that cost 50 euros to find the hotel totally locked up. Rang the number on the window no answer. One of the guests answered the door and let us in. He rang the owner on another number. The old woman who owned the hotel eventually turned up. She denied having a booking for us even though she had a print out of the booking from her hotels website on her desk. It's not the first time that she had overbooked according to the German tour guide staying there. AVOID

Stylish and friendly
Reviewed By MikeH5534I was on a walking holiday. We were welcomed by Maria who was very friendly and hospitable. She was quick to provide us with a much wanted drink on the terrace after our long walk. The hotel is Stylish and our rooms set on its own roomy terrace. Breakfast was made by Maria and exceptional.

Reviewed By lolly0100Alfredo was a great host, he gave me lots of help with directions and tips..he showed me around the organic garden which was lovely and let me eat vegetables and fruit from the garden. There is not an oven in the kitchen, there is a kettle and toaster..egg boiler..there is a fridge so you can makes salads..the supermarket is below so easy to get food...the whole place was very clean and in a great location a few good restaurants very near..i had a great stay would derfinately recommend...

It's okay
Reviewed By KimCanariaI stayed here last week during only one night. Staff is friendly but very loud in the morning. My balcony was above the patio, maybe the other rooms were more quiet but they start shuffeling with the chairs and talking really loud in the morning before 8. Bathroom was good, didn't use kitchen or closet as my stay was so short. Did watch some tv. Location is beautiful. Not sure if i would repeat. They did allow me to take my coffee up into my room, which i am thankful for.
