Posada San Juan is a small and charming hotel located in the historic downtown of Valladolid, Yucatan.Boasting eight comfortable and spacious en suite rooms, a terrace with beautiful tree-filled garden and a pool, all in a 19th century house, Posada San Juan's warm, personal atmosphere will ensure you a peaceful stay in a convenient location for your visit to the south-east of Mexico.
The room was quant and beautiful. Had a hammock which out little one loved. They keep the doors of the hotel locked which made us feel secure. Most all of the staff spoke English which was helpful because we speak limited Spanish. The service was impeccable and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Every little detail had been though out. They had a great little bar and allowed us to charge drinks to our room. One day we got up early in the AM to go to sight seeing and they insisted on making us breakfast to go. Cant; say enough about the service, cleanliness and quaintness of this absolute gem of a hotel. During our 2 week trip to Mexico we stayed at several hotels including an all inclusive and this was by far my favorite. I have been to many places and this was one of the cutest, cleanest, most awesome small hotels I have ever been to. Wish we could have stayed longer. This hotel is amazing and secure! An absolute 10 in my book. Loved this place :)

El Meson del Marques is located in the heart of historic Valladolid,a very peaceful and beautiful colonial city filled with history, just 40 kms away from Chichen Itza. The hotel is one of the oldest buildings in the city constructed in the beginning of the XVII century, unique in its combination of historical atmosphere and contemporary acomodations and services.
We only stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, they being said we were happy with our stay. The rooms were spacious, they are a little bit dated. I know the architecture of the buildings means they are inkeeping with a traditional look that being said I think modernising the rooms would be a good idea . The room was clean and the housekeeping standard was good. The beds were comfortable as well. We don't usually have breakfast at hotels as we like to go out, but I must say the breakfast was very good and very well priced, we ended up having breakfast there both days. We ordered some room service which again was good. We did not dine in at the restaurant in the evening though. The pool area looked great, we wanted to explore so we did not spend any time there. The hotel is very well located right in the centre of everything.

In Zentik Project Boutique Hotel & Spa we seek to achieve a living Gallery, where guests can find comfort in a luxurious, harmonious, enviromental and artistic enviroment. Our rooms are exquisite ecofriendly cabins built using Ancient traditional, Mayan methods.
The staff are so nice, the property is beautiful, the artwork is amazing, the food was delicious, the tequila flows like water & the grotto is better than the playboy mansion. They made swans kissing out of towels, there’s a hammock in the room & the A/C kept us comfortable. I love this place..!

Experience the hospitality of this charming hotel inspired by Mexican art and culture. Located in the historic center of Valladolid, Yucatán; México on 42nd street (between 35th and 33rd Street), #188A downtown. With its colonial design and cozy feel, extreme wood details, arches and columns, our traditional Yucatan balconies achieve a mixture of comfort and relaxation.
This hotel advertised free Netflix and wifi in every room…..not!! When we asked about not having wifi and Netflix we were told “wait 20 minutes” We waited three days with no results. It’s 2022, there’s no reason for no wifi. The wifi in the common areas was terrible! Slept on laundered blood stained sheets that were not changed during our three night stay. Room coffee supplies were not replenished. We had to ask. Nice hotel but needs improvement!

Check the bed width. We had to book an additional room with twin beds. We were given beds of 120-140cm of width and it is short for 2 adults. Of course, a king king size was just perfect. Several rooms and above the entrance and the noise of the road is really not great. The rooms inside, around the little/mini swimming poolare more quiet. No breakfast at the hotel.

Probably the best hostel you find in Valladolid! Amazing staff, great facilities and location. The hostel is very clean and the rooms are nice. The homemade breakfast every morning, with a different dish every morning, made the visit even more amazing.

This is a beautiful little hotel. The courtyard is gorgeous and our balcony was next to a beautiful Mango tree. We were there during a downpour so there was a leak in the light coming from the ceiling but other than that it was perfect. It’s a perfect overnighter to go visit Chichen Itza. We would actually come back just to stay here for a visit again to Valladolid.

Waye is a boutique hotel located in Valladolid Yucatan. The hotel is located a few meters from the main square of Valladolid, and a few minutes from the convent of San Bernardino de Siena. Waye aims to encourage cultural exchange between locals and visitors through gastronomic experiences, craft exhibitions and ceremonies typical of eastern Yucatan.
The hotel has a good location, the building is new and very nice. The rooms are big and a staff is kind. The hotel looks like on the pictures. However the check in was not possible upon arrival at 2PM, only after 5:30 PM, because the room was not cleaned. We had 2 rooms and both of the room safes were closed with empty batteries. To change the batteries the staff needed over 1 hour. I guess they are very understaffed, we saw a reception guy running all the time on the whole property. He worked very hard. The breakfast was tasty, but also very small portion. We got some fruit with joghurt and 2 slices of toast with jam. If you wanted anything else, you needed to pay extra.

Whether for business or pleasure, alone or with family, Hotel Boutique Casa Quetzal he looks great facilities in the historic center of the magical town of Valladolid, Yucatan. Since our opening in 2006 we have distinguished ourselves by providing an atmosphere of total tranquility in a Mexican colonial style building framed with large gardens and terraces. The spaces are decorated using Mexican folk art objects, which provides our hotel a regional touch. The undeniable charm of Casa Quetzal will always do their first choice in this colonial destination.
I stayed here with my boyfriend in March of 2022 and we loved it! I felt like this was the perfect location to explore the city but be in a quiet area at night. We had a large room and really enjoyed using the hammock provided. The shower pressure and temperature were wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic and all of the staff we interacted with were professional and very polite. We also really enjoyed lounging in the area around the pool. We parked our car in the lot provided by the hotel and had no issues. The wifi worked well. I wish I back at this hotel right now.

Beautiful old house with colonial architecture. Feel the truly city cultur with us.
We were very impressed with Casa Tia Micha. The rooms were lovely, the beautiful old house setting was so fun, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, one of our favorite things was the delicious breakfast! Everything was so good fresh fruit, juice, coffee, eggs, and flan. The rooms were very comfortable, the beds especially so. Everyone slept well and enjoyed the delightful setting in the heart of the city while still enjoying the peace and quiet the hotel provided. Overall one of our favorite stays of the trip.
