Carlo, the owner, is friendly and helpful. And the place is about as centrally located in the old city as you could ever want. But it is difficult to find, and impossible to park near, so be prepared to spend some time getting there. The shower is hot and big by European standards, but the bed is like a rock and the room was very cold. I could not figure out how to get the heat on. I think the system was turned off. Breakfast was sparse. Be prepared for some stairs to the rooms.

we have been 2nd time this year and enjoyed again (after last year weather was cold for one day). You live INSIDE of the mansion not like in other place in annex. Nothing to complain, Alessandra is great host Restaurant recommendation: just back to main road after 50m on the left "Il Romitorio" nice food and best value in nice atmosphere with top service

The hotel overlooks the heart of the city. From Hotel Tuscania Panoramico the view is unique and beautiful.
I loved my room, everyone at the desk was so nice. It felt so family oriented like you were home. I felt so safe and the breakfast was great! I think this is a great place to stay and in great location and walking distance to everything

Azienda agricola a conduzione familiare, un luogo autentico lontano dal caos quotidiano in cui rigenerarsi.
We enjoyed the premises, which are well taken care of. Rooms are comfortable and food is available. We were not impressed with the hospitality. When we booked it seemed to be no problem to stay there as a family with a small child (they offered to place a bed in the room), but upon arrival and during our stay we felt uncomfortable.

We stayed an extra night here and are so happy that we did. The owner is wonderful and welcoming. The location is bucolic with panoramic vistas. We relaxed completely here. It was slow when we were there and they still put out a beautiful breakfast spread for us. Their restaurant is a delight - the chef is creative and the food was beyond what we expected for this rustic location. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Out of the stress away from the hustle ...The B & B offers accommodation in newly renovated rooms furnished in ultra-modern and essential style. All rooms have air conditioned, TV, fridge, wardrobe and toilet with bath or shower.
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at OM Palace for two nights. The owner, Orlando, was incredibly accommodating and the rooms are just gorgeous - new, super clean and very modern in style and design. Thank you Orlando!

There are two spacious bedrooms at this B & B, upgraded with private bathrooms for each room. A French door separates the sleeping area from the living room, dining room, and kitchen so you can sleep in after a long day of exploring the area, or passing through while traveling. We spent two magnificent days here, and went to the old town of Tuscania. There are Etruscan ruins in the area that are breathtakingly old. We also went to "Terme di Vulci," the mineral baths about a half hour from Il VIgneto. After the baths, we drove out to the sea, about another 20 minutes. This B & B s close to Rome and a beautiful place to explore the country side. Giuseppina is an excellent hostess, and her two adorable grandsons are also occasionally around to practice their English while they help you practice your Italian! There are also many hikes in the area, and it is home to a yearly "Lavender Festival." WiFi is available, too, if you need to check your email... I will be going back as soon as I can, because this is a place to rest, refresh, visit ruins from times gone by, explore the area, and EAT!

All of our accommodation options are designed to provide you with absolute privacy while at the same time attending to your every need. Federico Norveti, our hospitality manager, has over 20 years experience in the service industry and works tirelessly to make your time with us extraordinary. We've constructed four suites and one master suite eastern valley of the property, each with panoramic views and private terraces to take it all in. For those with larger families, we offer the fully equipped "Casita di Nonna Bis", a two bedroom, two bathroom cottage on the northern end of the farm. Our restaurant, The Kitchen at Casa Caponetti, is a proud marriage of the classical with the unexpected and we offer a rotating prix fixe menu for guests as well as the general public. Our chef, Mark Medina-Rios uses products found on the farm to create memorable dishes that are both a nod to the regional cuisine of Italy as well as his classical training in London and New York. Our selections change with the crops that we plant, and the resulting dishes are as unique as the team that presents them to you.
We had a wonderful time at Casa Caponetti. We were able to walk the grounds and see the horses, cows, pigs, and have access to the main guest house for eating and visiting. Such a beautiful and relaxing place with clean and modern guest rooms. Lorenzo is such a gracious host and made us feel at home. Looking forward to our next trip to visit Casa Caponetti!
