Reviewed By 633marynamAwful. I only give 1 star for the view and 1 star for friendly and nice staff. The resort looks nothing like in the pictures on booking.com (well, except for the view and surroundings). The worst part are breakfasts, every day the same, and nothing to chose form. Two or three types of fruit, juice mixed with water, and the rest of the food is tasteless like in a cheap buffet. Everything in the room was old, needs repair, some paint and some serious cleaning. The whole bathroom smelled like urine. I didn’t risk to take a bath in that dirty tub. Instead of double bed we had 2 beds put together. They do keep the territory clean, green and neat though. But our stay was far from what we expected from the description and the photos.

Reviewed By DanyTCHThey send us ONE day before we arrive a message that our booking is cancelled. Fortunately we had some WiFi and read the message and was able to book a new hotel. At the same time they was offering some rooms in the internet (e.g. booking.com and more) No information why it was cancelled or about any alternative. We do not recommend to make a bookimg or reservation at for this hotel.

Horrible place
Reviewed By sz0njapHaiphong and Tuan Chau island is a ghost town. There is nothing to see, nowhere to eat, there are no people and no life on the island and in the city either. We stayed at this hotel because we thought it would be a good idea to be near the harbour. The room was dirty, there was construction going on on the nearby hotel which started at 6 in the morning. We were woken up because of it and it would not stop until 6 in the evening. The hotel was in poor condition, the corridors were dimly lit, dirty, the carpet was coming up. There was also no breakfast when we stayed there. The staff was nice and the spoke okay english but I would not recommend the hotel and I would not go back ever again.

Cuong Thinh Motel is one of the quiet motels located right on the bay of ha long, very convenient for sailing to visit the bay of ha long, one of the natural wonders of the world. It takes you only 2 minutes to walk to the ferry to move to the sand island, 9 minutes walk to the beach, this is an ideal lodge for those who like the quiet.

A stone throw from the beach, marina and restaurants. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need! Excellent value for money.

Reviewed By vincentcE3681KDWake up at 6 30 am by building works, very short breakfast, bad food, high price for nothings, dirty place, dirty beach around the hotel, no bus to travel around, you have to use only taxi if you want to escape from this place. For sure I will not recommend this hotel.
