The very mention of Tombstone brings to mind images of the lawless Old West, gunfights at the O.K. Corral, epic feuds between the Earps and the Mclaurys and Clantons, Gold Rush fever and the promise of silver and gold. The heritage of the American West is still alive here today, where historic saloons, post offices and the famous Boot Hill cemetery stand restored and painstakingly preserved alongside more modern, tourist-focused recreations of period architecture.

We liked the staff, Ms Chris is AWESOME!!!! She even at one point came directly to our room to make sure that we did not need anything. My only concerns were, the pool didn't work and the rooms are dated but clean. Would defiantly stay again!!!

The Larian is located in the historic district of Tombstone - one block to Tombstone's world class attractions, fine restaurants and saloons. Newly remodeled. Free Wi-Fi, free in room coffee and large clean rooms. Check us out!
My Maui friends meet here a couple times a year. We LOVE the Larian. The rooms are large and clean. Some say a couple of rooms are haunted, though I haven't experienced it first hand. I like the picnic table in the center of the complex where we would all gather to drink coffee or champagne as we wait for everyone to get ready for the day. Gordon and Linda are so nice and accommodating. It's a 2 min. walk to the main street where all the action is. If you're ever in the neighborhood stop in and stay a while. You'll enjoy the nostalgia which will take you back in time. Thank you Larian for yet another great experience. Aloha, Maui Michelle

Our guest ranch is situated amidst ancient bolder formations of the Dragoon Mountains and is setup like an 1880's Western frontier town. Experience the adventure of the historic Wild West with spectacular sunsets, sweeping views of sun-drenched terrain, dry creek beds, panoramic scenery and wildlife. Treat yourself to an historic Wild West adventure while enjoying all of the comforts and conveniences of the modern world.
It's like a little western town right next to a little western town! This place would be worth staying here even if it wasn't right in the shadow of Tombstone, Arizona. Great staff and a very enjoyable restaurant.

Trail Rider's Inn is a very quaint and peaceful hotel within walking distance of the OK Corral, and all of the Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday history of the 1880's. Ask our friendly staff all types of historical questions and let us whisk you away to a different time of the cowboys. Featuring seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, and quiet clean rooms.
Maybe some of the rooms are okay, but we were in #6 1/2. We tried to get out of it, but could not get our money back. This property is disgustingly dirty. Blood or some stain on sheets. Cigarette burn on sheets. Bedspread appears to be about 30 years old. Pillow shams on pillow without clean cases underneath. Shower stall very small and felt like you were going to fall through the floor. No ice machine, no Cable TV. They have Roku and I never did find any live TV on it. Ceiling fan was filthy as were the vents on AC unit. I could not wait for this part of our trip to come to end so I could get out of there. If at all possible avoid this motel or at least room 6 1/2. The bar b que area was also filthy I could never eat anything on that grill. Nothing was washed. Sauces were sitting out in hot sun. Furniture so dirty I did not want to sit.

Upon arrival I informed the pleasant young lady that my plans had changed and could I cancel my scheduled second night. Since I booked through a 3rd party I had to call them then they were told it would be up to management if they would allow me to cancel and the booking agent would get back with me. Sound of crickets inserted here. I have heard nothing. Then on to the room. The linens need a good washing in Clorox. The bathroom needs major attention with the paint peeling and the tub enclosure needing to be wiped down. The mattresses needed to be changed out because they are broken down. I pulled the bedside table out to plug something in and it has definitely been awhile since the furniture has been pulled out and cleaned behind. This morning when I went to check out the lady behind the desk was snarky when I tried for a second time to explain that my plans had changed and that I was checking out. Again crickets but this time with attitude. I was told that I couldn't check out. I was about to say watch me when she said she could check me out until the original check out date. Would say I'll never hear about the lost night but at least I know I don't have to stay at this place again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The atmosphere of the front room and our bedroom took us back to the heyday of Tombstone. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom is huge, although ours could have used a little tweeking. But, hey, no chamber pots! The breakfast was great and the hosts were as welcoming and accommodating as one could hope. We would recommend this B&B to anyone.
