October,2018 The new tower "Pacific Side" has opened! Centrair Hotel provides all the conveniences of an airport hotel, offering a direct, fully accessible link to the airprt facilities. It is located immediately in front of the Central Japan International Airport Station ticket gates, and is just 130m from the airport check-in counters. Bus stops and taxi stands are also nearby.
A very nice hotel within Chubu International Airport
Reviewed By ANJ002This hotel is located inside Chubu International Airport, so it's very convenient if you have early flights. There is a Family Mart store in front of the hotel. And the train station is just at the opposite side of the hotel. The hotel was pretty modern. It had two massage chairs and free coffee at the lounge. The room we booked was located at the Annex building. It was quite spacious and comfy - with an amazing view to the runway and the sea. The bathroom and toilet were also separated. There was an Aeon Mall in Tokoname, reachable by train (one stop only) or a free shuttle bus provided by the mall to/from the airport.

Right at the Airport!
Reviewed By Teasdale-UtahIt was great not using a shuttle or taxi. We just walked across the indoor bridge from the hotel right into the airport. There is a convenience store about 5 minutes away. We went there three times over a period of three hours. The lines were about 45-60 minutes and went around the entire store and out the door. The lines were from buses of Chinese tourists either going to or from the airport. We have never seen anything like it before. We gave up and found a convenience store in the airport. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful.

Reviewed By Dave TThe hotel was very clean, as expected. It is quite close to the airport, perhaps a 10-minute walk. The staff (as with pretty much all hotel staff in Japan) were outstanding. Also as with pretty much all hotels in Japan, the room was small. Free buffet breakfast was very welcome (though not exceptional in itself). Perfect for a 1-night stay near the airport, if the price is right (which it was for us).

Reviewed By aichiiDecided to stay here for the 3rd time...as it’s easy to get to from Nagoya (and within the same prefecture) Staff are always welcoming and speak good English. The health and safety measures in place during this terrible time make you feel very well looked after and safe (especially in the restaurant where gloves and masks are worn while helping yourself to the buffet breakfast) The room was a good size with a great view of the water.The bath/bathroom is modern,clean and big and there is a nice shower next to the bath. The toiletries are good (it would be great to have more than 1 small bottle of body wash/shampoo for 2 people though!) Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods...and the hotel offers Happy Hour between 4 - 7 pm every day. We ll continue to use this hotel for get-aways.Its an easy walk from the main airport building and there are 2 convenience stores very near by.

Reviewed By makintungJust an overnight stay near the Chubu Airport for us. The check-in was quick and easy, but was informed the checkout time was 10AM. The hotel seems to be an older building with renovated rooms. The room size is quite large, good for repacking the luggage before departure. Besides the size of the room, nothing was very pleasant, the room just felt dirty overall. The worst part being the bathroom, its small relative to the room size, and the bath drain was very slow, my feet were submerged in the middle of the shower. For the breakfast, although they had a large variety, but the taste was quite bad; its catered towards Mainland Chinese flavors. Won't be staying here ever again.

Perfect for a one night stay
Reviewed By BZimm08I stayed at this hotel based on location to airport, nearby sites, and early breakfast. The hotel staff was nice and check in and out was easy. The rooms were spacious enough, clean, and modern. The rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice as it started at 6 am which worked out for us. Quality of the food was alright, nothing great but it was nice to have a coffee and some food early in the day. The hotel is a short walk to the train station.

Reviewed By SatoM50いろんなホテルがありますがここはホテルではなくモーテル？だと思いますが、中に入るとワンルーム（自宅の一室）のような気がします。 仕事で空きがあるときは必ず宿泊します。 内部は電子レンジ、冷凍冷蔵庫、バス・トイレ、マッサージ機（簡易的なもの）があり申し分ない。（あまり宣伝するとこの次宿泊することができなくなりそうなのでこの辺でやめます）

Way Too Noisy For A Daytime Post-Flight Nap
Reviewed By WorldBreezeOur flight was arriving in Centrair at 7.30am, and we couldn't check into our hotel until 3pm. As I am never able to sleep on flights, I thought that Tubesq would be a great option to get a few hours sleep before making our onward journey. So I booked a male capsule for me and a female capsule for my wife (6 hours daytime use) and we went our separate ways after checking in. I put my suitcase into the locker provided (plenty big enough for a large suitcase and additional bag) and went to my capsule - Great! I thought, only one or two capsules were occupied. So I got inside, pulled down the blind, switched off the light and tried in vain to get some sleep. I switched on the fan, which did absolutely nothing apart from make a loud rattling noise, so I switched it off again and tried again to sleep despite the stuffiness and lack of airflow....... And then it started! People's phones making beeping noises, cleaners walking up and down constantly, scrubbing floors, making up the beds in adjacent capsules, emptying bins noisily, phones ringing ... This went on for four hours, so completely I gave up trying to sleep. Utterly pointless! So I thought I would come out of the capsule and take a shower. First I went to the toilet room. Cleaner had emptied her supplies closet all over the floor, blocking the access to the toilet cubicles. Stepped over and entered a cubicle. So tiny inside that my knees touched the door while sitting on the pot, and my elbows touched the wall on both sides..... Cleaner (female) hovering around outside the door re-arranging her supplies, so found myself completely unable to concentrate on a number two despite 'coughing' as a hint that maybe she should give me some privacy.... Went into the shower room to get naked and shower, female cleaner hovering around inside there too. For goodness sake! So basically found this experience to be a total waste of time and money. Please, please, let people sleep if you offer day rooms!
