Excellent service from the housekeepers, to the cooks, and the staff. The rooms was clean. The pool was open and my children had fun. I didn’t like that the hot tub was under construction. They also have snacks that you purchase and unlimited coffee and tea.

I won't ever say at a La Quinta Inn again. We booked 2 rooms here and specifically asked if they had a pool. We get there to find the pool is closed. The rooms were falling apart, the bathroom was disgusting, light bulbs were missing from fixtures, and no juices available for breakfast.

When my husband had a medical emergency and I had to take him to urgent care the management staff here were so kind to take our dog and care for him while we were gone. They assured us not to worry about a late check out. When we got back to the hotel we could tell that Shooter had been getting lots of love. Hats off to all the staff at this hotel who go above and beyond.

Modern & cozy rooms with a great value at the Tinley Park Sleep Inn. Conveniently located off of Interstate 80 near numerous restaurants & shopping, Amphitheater, and the Tinley Park Convention Center.
The property is so nice from outside but inside the rooms are so tight with very small rest and bathrooms. Some of the front desk are not friendly at all. They serve a very shavy breakfast under the cover of covid19. Sometimes the hotel is too noisy because the rooms are too close and the building is not sound proof. There is much need to improve.

I've been traveling for business more than 10 years and this hotel has worst customer service. While staying this hotel my room has been cleaned only 3 times in 3 months. Asking a liner was big issue because they say they have to control for the inventory of liners, sounds like that I'm going to steal liner. Front desk agents customer service is terrible I haven't received good customer service at all because they always bad mood. !!!! Terrible!!!! I will not use Wood spring Suites again.

Stayed 5 nights and never the staff never cleaned the room despite the fact we were both told and received a text saying it would be. Dirty bathroom with pubic hair and weave on sick and in corners of bathroom. Will never stay there again.

This was THE WORST Marriott experience we have had. First, the website (see attached screen shot) stated that the room slept 3 with 1 king bed, a sofa bed and a roll away. 3 beds, 3 people. Simple right? I was told that a roll away could not be placed in the room due to a fire hazard. It was late so we we going to deal with it in the AM. The next day the desk staff tried to help but said I needed to talk to the general manager. She was NOT helpful at all. She tried to blame their false advertising on us and kept redirecting the issue back to us. This is POOR customer service. Besides never getting the room we were promised and that is advertised the rooms were extremely small. The floors in the hall way and lobby were filthy and so was the elevator. I felt very unsafe! After talking with others in the area and even the hotel next door it was said that this hotel is very old also. Definitely NOT up to the Marriot standards at all. I asked that they refund my purchase and they said to call the manager after I got home. I did and did not get it resolved. HORRIBLE customer service. These people should not be in the hospitality business! A copy of this letter has been sent to Marriott Corporate and hopefully something will change or they will loose their franchise.

My two night stay at this Hotel was a fabulous experience. From the inside lobby water fall display to the breakfast area and lounge were definitely appealing and delightful to view. The overall Staff was very professional, kind, and helpful, with standouts Nancy and Greg. I truly recommend this location. They have been recognized in this area as the Best on several occasions. I concur absolutely ?

Was in town for a funeral. We have stayed here many times prior. As always the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. I arrived at about 1pm. Asked if my room was ready and was totally prepared for them to say no and to return later. The front desk clerk went upstairs to speak with housekeeping. Upon return I was informed that my "newly renovated room was clean and ready to go". I should say that this hotel is clearly being renovated. I get that. Hotels need to be renovated. I was actually kind of excited to see what they had done. Love the new color scheme. The carpet in the hallway is very stylish. However, that is as far as this renovation has gotten. By newly renovated they mean they put in new carpet and had an amateur come in to paint. I have a 12 year old niece that could have done a better job on the painting. Now on to housekeeping. Mind you, the front desk clerk specifically asked house keeping about my room and was told it was clean and ready for a new guest. I am posting photos with this review. We had a double queen suite with a sofa bed. When we got to the room it was clear there was no mattress on the sofa bed as the cushions were sunk down in the sofa. Housekeeping came by and installed the mattress. It looked clean but there was no mattress cover or bedding of any kind on it. I found the linens for the sofa bed in the closet. The blanket was filthy. Not just dirty but filthy. The pillowcase clearly had not been changed. There was make up and what appeared to be juice on it. The sheets had blood on them in more than one spot. Someone had actually taken the linens off the bed and instead of sending them to laundry they simply folded them neatly and put them in the closet for the next guest. I took them down to the front desk and she could not apologize enough. I got clean linen and a new blanket. The blanket had a huge tear in the corner. This newly renovated room had a toilet seat that slid when you sat on it. The furniture looked like it had not been wiped down in a year. It was all nicked and battered. The light switches were dirty and there was a coating of dust on everything. I was truly disappointed. My pet peeve is dirty hotel bathrooms. the sink and toilet were clean but the tub was stained and there was an orange film in it. The wall of the shower had something one it and someone had picked their nose and wiped it on the wall next to the toilet. This hotel cleaning staff is clearly in need of a lesson in "guest ready" room. There was popcorn on the floor and the bathroom floor was dirty. Not sure if I will stay again. One last thing---I get why hotels have bright lights on the outside of the buildings. I don't get why they have such a hard time hanging drapes that close all the way. It is very difficult to sleep with a crack of bright light coming through the window. For goodness sake how hard is it to use one blackout panel that runs the entire width of the window!!! To the management of this property---stop telling people the rooms are newly renovated when all you did was put in new carpet and poorly paint the walls. I also want to add that when I went down to the desk to explain what was going on there was another couple there trying to get a room for the night. They were told that they were booked solid. Nothing available. After hearing my situation she asked if we wanted to be moved. Where was she going to move us if there were no rooms available?
