Tina’s friendly and quality customer service just plain made my trip better. It’s so nice to see people who are willing and take the time when they are busy to go above and beyond. Thanks for making my morning tea visit extra special, Tina. :)

Well to my surprise 2 days after im release to come home they drained my checking account...we have called at least 5 times and they keep saying they re reimburse us ...but no luck...so now im In extreme pain & Stressed...front desk employees are terrable? I called my Bank & they are trying to get this Crap straightened out now!!!!!

Hotel Covington embodies the transformation of a celebrated, century-old downtown building into a modern luxury hotel. Hotel Covington will appeal to business and leisure travelers accustomed to upscale hotels in primary markets seeking an authentic and locally influenced experience. The hotel draws inspiration from the local culture and cultivates a following through a sense of civic pride and exciting food & beverage. Hotel Covington will pull inspiration from its northern and southern sisters, but a cohesive mix of styles will ultimately lend individuality. A story will be told through regional and local sourcing, and will become the pulse of Covington and beyond: unique yet comfortable, casual yet refined, and timeless yet evolving. By reimagining the historically designated Coppin's Department Store, which was open from 1910 to 1977, into a 114-room hotel, this significant project is certain to become the springboard for development in Covington's downtown business district and will deliver urban renewal South of the riverfront developments.
I honestly wish I could just live in this hotel (I'm a writer, so I do a lot of retreats in various towns, usually in larger spaces, but this hotel has that vibe and I'd love about two weeks to "live" here). It's upscale without being fussy and awkward. The food and drinks are top notch, the staff goes out of their way to be both nice and accommodating. Rooms are large, comfortably firm bed, great showers, great touches that reflect the history of the area and Kentucky/Ohio as a whole. The town itself is a hidden gem, tons of restaurants and history/historic architecture out the front door. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Great location, a short walk to the Great American Ballpark. Staff was friendly. There was an issue with our room, the carpet was wet. Apparently it was recently steam-cleaned. We were given another room without an issue.

I would absoultely stay here again. The staff were customer service orientated. However front desk did not seem familiar with surrounding area eateries & attractions. Also asked for room with view & it turned out to be of the back of the building. Needed maintenance due to clogged toilet & they were very prompt in addressing issue. Made appt. For facial service which was highly enjoyable. Recommend you make it in advance as a lot of clients are "regulars". Great art and fantastic adjoining restaurant Metrople(make reservations) Skip high priced valet and park at garage at 600 vine (beneath prime steakhouse) less than block away.

Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront offers an impressive view of the Ohio River from its convenient location in Covington, KY. Take a 10-minute trip over the river and into downtown Cincinnati, where you can cheer on the Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium or marvel at the masterpieces at Cincinnati Art Museum. After your adventures, return for a romantic dinner at our hotel's award-winning 18 Restaurant, where you won't be able to decide which is better-the food or the view.
Blood stained bed pillow! And not just a drop of blood, I mean blood. Stained mattress, hair everywhere. Filthy windows and they knew the phone in the room didn't work but failed to mention that! One star is to many

Historical hotel in downtown Cincinnati. Nice rooms, comfy beds. Restaurant on site. We had great view of the water front from the 27th floor. It was a half mile walk to the baseball stadium. A little pricey but was convenient.

Excellent property! Every staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. The check-in/out process was easy. The evening drinks and snacks (more like full buffet!), as well as breakfast, was very good. Didn’t use pool, but looked nice. Room was very clean and comfortable (good, firm mattress). Would definitely stay here again!
